Diese Autovermietung geht gar nicht, selbst fur spanische Verhaltnisse ist das ein absolutes NO GO. Der Mietwagen, ein Fiat Panda hatte stolze 237 TKM auf dem Tacho und war weder innen noch von aussen gereinigt worden. Fernbedienung funktionierte auch nicht. Immerhin kamen wir von A nach B. Diese Autovermietung wird von Jahn Reisen und von alltours empfohlen. Sollte man druber nachdenken. Den einen Stern gibt es lediglich fur die recht unkomplizierte Abwicklung vor Ort und fur den Bring- und Abholsevice. das war es aber auch. Die Behorden sollten den Laden zumindest mal auf seine Fahrzeugflotte kontrollieren. Ansonst top Urlaub.

The one star is only given for the relatively uncomplicated on-site processing and for the delivery and collection service. but that was it. The authorities should at least check the store for its fleet of vehicles. Otherwise great vacation.

Super service! Car in order and in good condition, the girl worker in their office was very friendly and nice, explaining in detail everything there is to know about the rental. The thing that surprised us most is the fact that there is a pick up and return service at the hotel. They don't ask for any deposit. Super recommended! We will be back soon. Muchas Gracias!!

WORST. RENTAL. EVER. 7-year old Fiat Qubo - no air con and with 127,000+ Kms on the clock. Clutch on its last legs - difficult to change gear. Very tricky on a hill start. Soft feel to the brakes. Overall, the car just shakes, rattles, and rolls when being driven... and gives off a rapid and loud hollow thumping noise when out on the open road. The REGISTRATION is: 6458 JFB. I really don't know how they can offer such an old and worn car for rent.

Disappointed and untrustworthy. Had been emailing back and forth about car rental a week before. However when we arrived the booking didn't exist. Wouldn't accept any email exchange as proof. Suspect they just gave car out to someone else.

We got an old Fiat Punto with 190k KM's already driven. Some cool front-to-back blue racing stripes on it made many some people think we were police I guess... Anyhow, very old car, but the breaks and the tires seemed very well maintained. Didn't really feel unsafe, but imo rental cars should not be this old. Prices are pretty fair.

This car rental company should urgently close or change something. Only cars with over 200,000km on the clock that are anything but roadworthy are rented here (worn tires, defective clutch, problems with the track and axle, the engine oil and service indicators light up like a Christmas tree while driving, etc.). ). To then charge such underground prices (e.g. 45 for a panda per day ((15h!!))) is simply an outrage. I rented cars there two years ago and the condition of the cars has changed since then Nothing has changed at all. The income from these unjustified rental prices should be invested more urgently in new tires and repairs to the vehicles. With reputable providers you can get a new vehicle that has no scratches, dents or a side mirror attached with adhesive tape.

Ich habe bereits vor 2 Jahren dort Autos gemietet und seitdem hat sich an dem Zustand der Autos rein garnichts verandert. Man sollte hier die Einnahmen dieser ungerechtfertigten Mietpreisen dringender in neue Reifen und eine Reparatur der Fahrzeuge stecken. Bei seriosen Anbietern bekommt man fur einen Bruchteil der Mietpreise hier ein neuwertiges Fahrzeug, das keine Kratzer, Dellen oder einen mit Klebeband befestigten Seitenspiegel hat.

Never rent from Horizon!!! Never ever rent a car here!!! Nunca alquila un coche aqui!!!! One star is still WAY TOO MUCH!!! We reserved a Fiat Qubo. We were given an unroadworthy, rusting Fiat Qubo with a flat rear tire and a defective clutch. Especially the tires are a no go. After pumping up there was no improvement but straight away flat again. When returned after one day, no note was made of what didnt work. The employee was not at all helpful but rather rude and absolutely incompetent. Its unbelievable that a shop like this is still allowed to rent out cars!! It is an absolute disgrace to answer like that. We approached an employee in a bad mood in a friendly manner. First, we were explicitly invited in. Secondly, it was the right rear tire that was flat, not the left rear one as shown in the cars display. Apparently people didnt listen carefully here and after our complaint, not all tires were checked because apparently the broken tire wasnt replaced. We can also expect a car that is roadworthy. If you have to change tires first (with a (!) bar), something is wrong. Without discussion. We tried to inflate the tire twice and ignore the broken clutch. The tire was flat again after a short time, so we couldnt do our tour on the first day and never had a safe car. We therefore consider a refund for the entire period to be appropriate. You have to go to the police because it is absolutely negligent to rent out such cars. At some point an accident will happen with a car like this. We were kicked out because we insisted on our right to a safe car. The car may be old and may have defects, but it may not endanger us. A little help and expertise would have been very welcome.

Nach Aufpumpen keine Verbesserung sondern gleich wieder platt. Bei der Ruckgabe nach einem Tag wurde nicht notiert, was nicht funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiterin war null hilfreich sondern sogar sehr frech und absolut inkompetent. Unfassbar, dass so ein Laden noch Autos vermieten darf!! Es ist eine absolute Unverschamtheit so zu antworten. Wir kamen freundlich auf eine schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiterin zu. Erstens, wir wurden explizit hereingebeten. Zweitens, es war der rechte hintere Reifen, der platt war, nicht wie in der Anzeige des Autos angezeigt der Linke hintere. Hier wurde wohl nicht gut zugehort und nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wohl nicht alle Reifen kontrolliert, da anscheinend der kaputte Reifen nicht ausgewechselt wurde. Ausserdem konnen wir ein Auto erwarten, das verkehrssicher ist. Wenn man erst Reifen wechseln muss (mit einem (!) Bar), ist etwas falsch. Ohne Diskussion. Wir versuchten zwei Mal den Reifen aufzupumpen und die kaputte Kupplung zu ignorieren.Der Reifen war nach kurzer Zeit wieder platt, daher konnten wir unsere Tour am ersten Tag nicht machen und hatten zu keiner Zeit ein sicheres Auto. Daher erachten wir eine Erstattung uber den gesamten Zeitraum fur angemessen. Zur Polizei muss man gehen weil es absolut fahrlassig ist, solche Autos zu vermieten. Irgendwann wird mit so einem Auto ein Unfall passieren. Wir wurden rausgeschmissen weil wir auf unser Recht auf ein sicheres Auto beharrten. Das Auto darf alt sein, auch Mangel haben, aber es darf uns nicht in Gefahr bringen. Ein wenig Hilfe und Kompetenz ware sehr wunschenswert gewesen.

Never ever again!!!! The child seat was broken, not cooperative. Engine light flashed after 1 day and didnt start properly. Nobody answered the phone. This car rental company is simply underground! We were rented a Fiat Punto, one of which had five doors that could be opened. The trunk shock absorbers were broken and you had to hold the lid permanently. In response to my complaint, I was informed that a 20% discount would be promised for the next rental. Die Stossdampfer vom Kofferraum waren kaputt, man musste den Deckel permanent festhalten. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass bei der nachsten Vermietung 20% Nachlass zugesagt werden. Warning, life-threatening!!!!! We agreed everything via WhatsApp. Car max 6 years old and safe to drive because Im traveling with family. What I got here is an absolute disgrace. Fiat Panda ran 200,000 and was not serviced in the 200,000. Tires are off, gearbox is off. Light hills on the highway can only be overcome in 1 or max 2 gear. Shock absorbers are completely gone and with every slight bump Im afraid the car will fall apart. No response to WhatsApp or calls. I hope the bank stops the payment now it is clear why advance payment is desired.

Stossdampfer sind komplett ab und bei jeder leichten Unebenheit habe ich Angst das Auto fallt auseinander. Auf WhatsApp und Anrufe keine Reaktion. Ich hoffe die Bank stoppt die Zahlung noch jetzt ist klar warum Vorkasse gewunscht ist.

Very friendly employee on site, but: We got a car with over 200,000 kilometers, completely worn out tires (perfect as slicks for the race track, maybe, but not for the street), almost broken gearbox, broken windows (the rear ones wouldnt even come down , then one just fell down and wouldnt go up)... The incredible number of scratches, dents and the left side mirror attached with adhesive tape should of course not go unmentioned. At least we were able to return the car after one day and got the money refunded for the second day. Conclusion: Thanks to the on-site employee who is doing her best, but I wont use Auto Horizon again.

Very friendly advisor. However, the tires were pretty worn out, so you shouldnt really drive on the sandy surface (you could get stuck). Overall very satisfied and would recommend. The car was then picked up directly from the hotel.
