No one answer the phone 828913118, we called for hours!!! We wrote emails, we left messages, no one get back to us, Our car got a flat tire and NO spare tire in the car nor any changing tools in the car for changing!!!! What's the point of telling us where to call if your company has no one answering that phone line??!! YOU RUINED OUR HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!

We hired a car from Tenerife South Airport. The vehicle disappeared, presume stolen overnight. TopCar did not answer their phone in the evening or during working hours on a weekday. I have left 2 messages on TopCars' answer phone, but they have not called. 20 hours after the theft, TopCar have not provided any assistance. The website indicates that the airport office is open 0700 to 2300, but they are not answering my calls. Poor service.

Hired the green mini convertible for 3 days , this made our holiday extra special! I even lost my favourite well travel base ball cap , only to visit the office 4 days later after dropping the car back , the guy who cleans the cars had found my cap & handed into lost property , luckily I had a photograph of me wearing my cap which I shared with them so they knew exactly who it belonged to, This car hire company was reasonable on price & easy to deal with. Highly recommended! When we return to Tenerife South will book again with Top Car Thank you to all concerned

Car much better than expected, almost brand new. For the price we got it it was a steal. Very friendly staff. If they offer you an insurance instead of the deposit take it! Stress-free trip for pennies. We are so happy to have taken this car. It made our trip, honestly. We visited so many places (stargazing near Observatory, Masca, palm botanical garden, path of senses, natural pools...) Please continue providing this high level of service, which is very rare nowadays. I wish you all the success!

The car was clean, full of gas. The best value for money. We paid no deposit, only rent price + insurance cost. Lady in the office explained to us everything and answered all of our questions in english. A I highly recommend this car rental. 5/5

Hello, very disapointed. Basically, if you dont have reservation online you do not need to come to office to rent a vehicle spontaniously. First we were waiting in the office, in the line for 2 hours, then was our turn and the lady said that they do not have car for us and we should wait for another 2 hours because we did not make online reservation. I would recommend to write on the office that the online reservation is mandatory up front. The lady had all reservations in system and said that others in line have online reservation (she did not know that) and doesnt know and cant guarantee us that she will have car for us, even after another 2 hours. Change that!

Friendly staff, spoke good English, super easy process to reserve and pick the car up, car was clean and comfortable, can't fault them and will use this company when I next come back.

I was disappointed with the first car that I rented in the south airport (it was dirty and with service on dash bord ), but luckily I have meet Mrs Marisela and Mr Juan Carlos in Costa Adeje office and they helped me with this problem. They were very kind and they changed the car immediately. Thank you very much and see you soon.
