Tommy's car rentals were just across the road from the hotel we stayed at Costa Adeje. We initially went to the other car rentals but got put off with their slow replies. Tommy got back to me straight away and we went in-store to select the cars we wanted. There is huge option list of affordable choices, we opted for an automatic VW polo as we prefer an easier car drive due to being from the UK. Tommy secured our car straight away and let us know all the details on payment with insurance included and no further payments for deposit. They also collected the car from reception whenever we were done which is super convenient as we are used to other car rentals being strict with time and charging extra. This is such a quick easy and honest business. I loved the customer service and how everything was handled. Will definitely hire from here again!

Rented a car today to visit loro park. Car arrived clean and like new at out hotel. Never actually met Tom but he was always available via WhatsApp for any of my questions. Great service and a very fair price! I contacted them the evening before I wanted to rent the car. I fully expected it to be too late, but they sorted it out and delivered me the car the next morning. The guy who delivered the car was very professional and gave me all the essential safety and legal information. The car had a full tank of petrol and worked perfectly the whole day on a drive to Masca and the northern coast. When I was finished with the car, I simply left it at the collection point and messaged to say it was ready. Very simple and effective throughout - I'll definitely use their service again!
