The car was new and great, the price was reasonable. But the big minus was the people that work for the company. My gf forgot her sunglasses case which was pricey one, called them so we can get it back, but they refused to take a look. After several times going back and forth they told us that they did check the car but there was nothing in it. We've also checked the photos that we took that day, and realized that 100% case was forgotten in the car. So, shame on the them!!!
Fabulous service, dropped off at hotel at agreed time, taken to office to fill in paperwork, realised excursion company had booked us a manual and not an automatic we needed as first time driving abroad, changed it with no extra charge or problems, got a hyundai i20, very nice car, perfect on twisty roads to loro parque, would definitely recommend them.
We rented car for 3 days and lady recomended and planned for us whole 3 day itiniary, which was very good and logical. I can fully recomend.
Please translate to Spanish if you wish. We rented a car in Tenerife from Mateo Bello for nearly two months just returning it this week. This is the very best car rental company we have used ! Maria Delmar was our contact and was very responsive to our calls and questions. We had contact with her on several occasions and she was terrific. Hired a VW Polo. When we booked and paid the deposit we were told it would be a new car. When we picked it up I noticed it had 148,000km on the clock. Definitely not new I thought, well we've only got it 2 days. It doesn't really matter. As long as it drives ok. Unfortunately the gear box was faulty and numerous times during the hire period it seized up and it took a while to get any sort of gear and we were stranded at junctions and roundabouts. I've hired cars overseas numerous times and this was the worse one I've had. It wasn't a pleasurable experience.

Really good car hire would recommend using.. They pick up car from you when finished.. Cars are clean and tidy and well kept.. Will use again when go back
Excellent car rental company with a fantastic friendly team. We realised we made a mistake by hiring a 35 Euro/day in Cat2 economy vehicle that wasn't powerful enough to comfortably take three people up the mountain roads to Tiede, and so they kindly upgraded us to a more powerful car Cat4 for 59 Euro/day Polo and we were much happier on the demanding mountain roads to Masca! Great friendly and trustworthy team and good value well maintained cars.
