The company is very friendly. I have Lancia - hybrid version, small and convenient for short stay. Keep in mind, there is not a lot of parking places on the island. The weakest point is extra paid transport of the car to the airport (one way is 50euro). However, you can negotiate the renting price. If you want save some money, you can leave the car at the company parking and take the bus (number 40) to the airport (the lift to the bus station was free for us).
We with my wife rented car for about 10 days. I highly recommend this company. We found itarent on the google maps and they offered car for as in 10 minutes. Contact is very fast and professional. We agreed the car and price and took our car in two hours from their parking lot. Car was clean and fresh. During our trip we had few questions and Everything was addressed. Car was new with good features. What is important - there is no any ,,hidden" payments or whatever - everything is clear. Recommend!
We wanted to hire a car, and we could pick it up 2 hours later on the same day. The car was brand new, and the price was very good. We then decided we wanted to rent the car two more days and return it at the airport, and that was no problem. The staff was very friendly, and the communication was perfect. Very much recommended.
I was in holiday with 2 daughters, they support me. All was clear, the car was super and the service too. I had some issues with my flat but they help me, reaching me. My daughters need to launch and they bring me the car at restaurant. Unbelievable. The success of my little holiday is at 70% up to you. Thanks!
Hassle free. We didn't have a car sorted and I messaged quite late the day before needing it. Despite being a busy half term period, a friendly man called Stefano dropped the modern and clean car off at my hotel. The price was reasonable and we could drop off at the airport at a time that suited us for a small fee. We will be using again when we return to Tenerife.
