Short term request for a 1.5 week car rental wasn't a problem and the price-performance ration is one of the best on the island. The direct contact with one of the owners was always quick and super friendly, the car was in perfect shape and the rental conditions (unlimited mileage, second driver included, fueling rules) absolute top-notch on the island. Everything is transparent and clearly communicated - there's no secret costs or surprises. ERNST Autovermietung won me definitely as a returning customer in the future!

Very good car rental service. Easy order through website, painless process. We were suppose to return the car in the evening, but we didn't know when exactly we were able to do so. So the rental company agreed that we could just return the car the earliest, the following morning. I recommend.

Wir haben am 19.8.24 bei der Autovermietung angerufen und haben ihm erklart das wir gerne ein Auto haben wurden fur 2 Tage ,und hatten gefragt was der Preis betragt, er meinte daraufhin 59 pro Tag, Vollkaskoversicherung ware bei dem Preis inklusive, es wurde dann ausgemacht das wir das Auto vor Ort abholen am 20.08.24 um 11 Uhr in Las Americas, wir hatten mit Hr.Ernst alles fertig gemacht Fahrzeugschein, Fuhrerschein und Personalausweis etc. sowie das Auto bezahlt, aufeinmal was nicht abgesprochen war, meinte er es ware noch eine Kaution fallig von 350 die er dann von unserer Karte abbuchen wollte, unsere Bank meinte darauf hin auf dem Karte Lesegerat, dass er dies nicht unterstutzt, er hat uns daraufhin zur Bank geschickt, die gegenuber war wo die Bank aber auch nicht unsere Karte wollte. Da stand da auch unterstutzt unsere Bank nicht, 350 Bargeld hatten wir nicht dabei, weil das ganze nicht so abgesprochen war,versteckte Kosten!!!!! ,daraufhin wurde der nette Mann etwas unhoflich und meiner Meinung nach respektlos, und meinte das wir nichts hinterlegen konnen und es dann kein Auto gibt, was ich absolut verstanden habe, und kein Problem dabei sah, Hr.Ernst meinte aber dann, Spruche zu geben, das wir ja kein Geld hatten und wir hatten hier unsere 118 wieder damit wir wenigstens 118 wieder auf dem Konto hatten, absolut unhoflich,respektlos und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Very good rental. I took a car from them through the hotel and in person. Always no problem. The deposit is refunded immediately. It was in the account on the same day or the next day if it was downloaded from a debit card from a foreign currency account. With a credit card I waited 2 days for the payment to be credited, but it was the banks fault. The car is collected from the rental company, but they arrive at the hotel and take it to the rental company to conclude the contract and hand over the car. The service gentleman was very nice and helpful. My English is a bit poor, but my German is very good. Even though I dont speak German, we got along great. New cars, in great condition. I took a Seat Ibiza and, for the second time, a 7-seater Volkswagen Caddy. Both performed well on the winding roads to Masca and Teide. Fixed and affordable prices. Even cheaper than some other rental companies. They are available immediately. Fantastic rental. I recommend it with all my heart.

Really a very good experience! We rented at the very last minute, and on a Sunday (it was the only agency we found open that day), a small convertible for the day. The manager is very friendly and gave us very clear instructions for the car. Through our fault, we had a problem returning the car the next morning (we had parked a little further away while waiting) because we had left the headlights on and therefore discharged the battery, but the manager was very understanding and sent a technician to help us restart it, we had no additional charges because of this. I highly recommend this rental agency which seems really trustworthy to me even in the event of a problem, they are very professional and friendly.
