Pretty unfriendly and bad customer service, the website is also misleading: wrong car names or photos. You can't rent cars for 1 day, even tho it's an option on their website. Unreasonable prices for some cars. Doesn't seem trustworthy at all.

I do not recommend!! they gave us an old car, which ran very badly and had punctured tires. we even spent half a day on the roads at our own expense to repair the car, because the lady from the agency refused to change our car, and even more, she blamed us for the car's technical problems. they ruined our vacation and now they ar trying to withdraw money from our card for the repairs of a car that was already broken!!!

please do not rent cars from them or from plus rental car (they are the same company) because you will spoil your vacation. they gave us a defective and old car and when we asked to change it they did not agree, in fact they started to blame us for the visible problems of the car. I spent my birthday crying and trying to solve the problem, but nothing happened. we spent money on taxis, even though we had rented a car... but the car didn't work. the lady from agency did not solve the problem, in fact they are still trying to take money from our card. totally illegal thing. they are the worst on the market!!!

this is a SCAM! WE RENTED A SCRAP CAR THAT DIED 2 TIMES IN 2 DAYS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP AND DID NOT ANSWER. now they want us to pay the transmission box of the car and didnt want to change our car or refund us the 2 days we almost lost and ruined our vacation. please avoid this company at all cost and go with a professional one. they did not send our deposit back and now they are trying to take money by force from my card.

They did not have the car i requested so i got an upgrade at no extra cost. Pick up was quick and easy. Car was immaculate with only 18,000 km on the clock and i was shocked with the price. I could not recommend this company enough. I will be using them again in the near future for sure. Thanks to the guys at carzrent. You helped make our holiday more enjoyable. I also received my deposit back in full within a week. Top class service

Overall the website it very good and easy to use, however I booked an S class and then called and told they don't have it, then booked a x5M and when collecting the tyres were falling off, then we said you have a Q7 available for EUR370 instead of the EUR600 for the X5m, they then proceeded to change the website price for the Q7 to match the X5m, after being at the airport for over 3 hours we had no option but to pay and be done with it. Not good really. Check out my reviews, I'm always reviewing and always honest. Never did a bad one before. I have attached the tyre pic. I have videos etc.

Great car rental aggregator! I quickly found the car I needed, which wasn't available with the popular rental companies on the island. Here, they have private listings, which really lowers the price and gives more options. Unlike other rental companies, where there's no guarantee you'll get the exact car you booked, here I got exactly what I chose. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I spent almost two weeks on Tenerife, and it was absolutely beautiful and scenic. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We rented a mustang and it was delivered and picked up from our location with immaculate customer service. Great team and the car was lovely. We will be using again!
