Great position, so much going on day and night. Lovely staff at hotel, very well looked after. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you might require for self catering. Would definitely go again.
Such a wonderful place to be. Staff are fab. All inclusive is definitely the way to go.
Nice place, reasonably quiet in October half term but still hot enough for shorts etc into the evenings. Good selection of foods for the evening meal though the breakfasts could do with changing up a bit (that said you can easily do fry up, continental or somewhere inbetween). As usual very good with the kids though we found some of the timetables a touch confusing. Good choice of 3 pools including one for little ones with a full climbing frame in it and very shallow water. Minor downside is the queues for food (buffet/self-service) at peak times but these normally move fast enough or you can avoid them by timing your visit to the dining room right.
Food very good & to a 4x standard but the accommodation was more 2x than 4x. The staff treat all inclusive different to the paying customers. The beer is very good but don't bother with the cocktails on inclusive as very bad.... you want a nice cocktail you're goin to have to pay.
Beautiful place to stay with children, so many organised activities for them. Lovely setting, like a little village on its own. Lovely pools catering for adults, children and wee ones. Food good and most of the evening entertainment is worth watching. Great place
If your staying in Tenerife then I highly recommend Hotel Isabel. The hotel is clean with a friendly atmosphere and all the staff are happy to help
