shocking and rude! left us stranded at the airport at 10pm with my 5 year old son and 87km from our villa! we called in the day and let them know our flight was delayed and they still left and went home. resulting in us having to pay 125 euros for a taxi and refused to compensate us and called us liars

Very friendly and easy going staff. Minimum admin work. AC broke shortly after renting the car. Had it replaced with no discussions in less than 10 minutes. On that basis 5* as issues may happen. The question is how they are dealt with. Location easy to find and pickup/drop-off garage is 50m away, easy to find as well.

Would definitely "not" recommend using this company. Hired a VW Polo for 10 days mid day, didn't use it until later in the afternoon. When we were driving we realised the pads and disks were grinding and felt like it had "NO BRAKES". We called that evening and we're told to return it the following day for a replacement. Spoke to Agata on the phone who said she would look at some type of compensation. When we collected the second car it was her day off. We returned the car today at the end of the hire, Agata again wasn't there and the staff were rude and insisted there would be no compensation for supplying a car in that state. We said every car should be checked before hiring, their answer was "we can't check every car, we have so many" PLEASE BEWARE, VERY UNPLEASANT AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE.

The employee in the Hotel Fanabe is very helpful and tourists oriented, for her 5 Stars, should get promoted. But for the company not as much. There are some business going on down here, with the rent of the cars. First it was told to us, that we could park in the big parking place without to pay, but they didn't have told that twice a week, there is a market going on and all cars will be taken by the police and that costs around 55 euros. The other business that is going on, and full blame at this company is the gasoline, usually, you get the car full and give up full, here not, you get the car as it is, and should give it back as it was. The problem is, you tank always more, because you do not know what you will spend. So, the company Does Not give the money back and we had to here thay they would give back a discount for another day rental. This is a very tasty business for Canarias. Com. Our impression is negative and that is what we will pass around. Thank you
