Great experience, lovely people ,amazing offers with full insurance and unlimited miles. Sany was always there for assistance. Had a car for whole week seen most of the island. Top choice in playa paraiso and areas around.

Waited one and a half hour after they Said the car was coming. When they finally came they didnt have a baby seat in it which we had ordered . We asked for a discount and they offered us 2 euro discount. We did NOT rent a car that they!! And we will never rent a car from them again!

It is not recommended at all to rent a car here. Terrible treatment, it seemed like they didnt want to give us the service. They took 250 from us for a damage the car had before. Despite showing them a video of the date we rented the car with the damage, they charged us for it. The older man with white hair treated us with a lot of contempt at first and charged us an initial fee 50 more expensive than what was stated on the website. A complete disaster, especially the treatment of the older gentleman at the reception.

A pesar de ensenarles un video de la fecha en la que alquilamos el coche con el desperfecto, nos lo cobraron. El senor mayor de pelo blanco nos trato con mucho desprecio de primeras y nos cobro una cuota inicial 50 mas cara de lo que ponia en la web. Un desastre completo, sobre todo el trato del senor mayor de recepcion.

We rented a car online. We received these from Atlas Rent a Car. Everything worked, our car was even picked up from the hotel, even though we actually had to bring it back on site (according to the internet providers contract). Gladly again!

Not recommended! The car rental was arranged for us through a tourist stand. When drawing up the contract they initially refused to tick the deductible tariff, it should remain open... after a long back and forth the cross was put and a deposit of 150 was paid (which had not been agreed upon beforehand). After driving 5 km, a warning light flashed that the tires were lacking air. When we went to the gas station to check the tires, every tire was missing air, one even more than 1.4 (more than half). - Car horn didnt work - Brake pads were completely worn out, so every time you braked you thought the car was going to crash Handover: The car was simply picked up in the morning without our knowledge and without prior agreement?! Positive: We got our deposit back!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Die Autovermietung wurde uns durch ein Touristen-Stand vermittelt. Bei der Vetragserstellung haben sie sich erst geweigert den Selbstbeteiligungstarif anzukreuzen, sollte offen bleiben... nach langen hin und her wurde das Kreuzchen gesetzt und eine Kaution von 150 hinterlegt (war vorher nicht vereinbart). Nach 5 KM Fahrt ist eine Warnleuchte aufgeblinkt, dass in den Reifen Luft fehlt. Als wir bei der Tankstelle waren um die Reifen zu prufen hat auf jedem Reifen Luft gefehlt, auf einem sogar mehr als 1,4 (mehr als die Halfte). - Autohupe hat nicht funktioniert - Bremsbelage waren komplett abgefahren, sodass man jedes mal beim Bremsen dachte das Auto kracht gleich ein Ubergabe: Das Auto wurde ohne unser Wissen und ohne vorherige Vereinbarung einfach in der Fruh abgeholt?! Positive: Kaution haben wir zuruck bekommen!

We were very disappointed, when the car stopped it made a very strange sound... surely the hems were not in order. The car whistle didnt work either and the tires didnt have enough air. We met at 8 to return the car and when we got off they had already taken the car and a little later a man came and gave us our deposit back. Thats the only good thing I can say.
