Compre un coche de ocasion con ellos y venian dos servicios incluidos con la compra. Es increible la mala gestion de todo en este lugar, nadie sabe nada, tiempos de esperas larguisimos, cuando vayas a buscar el coche pues llenate de paciencia porque por lo menos 1 hora tardaras en que te entreguen las llaves que por cierto ni sabran quien las tiene. Nefasto!!!

Ya son varias veces las que hemos ido a este centro para gestionar nuestros vehiculos, somos una empresa que tiene una flota de renting con ustedes y cada vez que vamos nos tiramos 2-3h para recoger un vehiculo. No pueden hacernos perder el tiempo y el dinero de esta forma, si nos dan una cita previa deben cumplir con los tiempos, que para entregar un vehiculo y recoger el nuevo no puede ser que tarden 3h en las que un trabajador puede estar produciendo o en su casa descansando. Ya son varias veces y esto hace que nos planteemos buscar otra empresa de renting.

Debo venir cada 6 7 meses por motivos laborales. Cada dia es una aventura, pero de las que no apetecen vivir. Nunca he tardado menos de 25 30 minutos en ser atendido, con o sin cita, los servicios y reparaciones rara vez son eficientes pues tenemos que acabar volviendo, y encima los trabajadores desagradables y bastante poco profesionales en cuanto al trato al cliente. Escribo esto para la gente que se esta pensando si venir o no, si podeis, evitarlo.

Me entregaron un Coche de gas sin adaptador para gas, con bandeja trasera rota.... aun espero la llamada del dia siguieente para informarme el dia que se me entregara el adaptador de gas. Pagamos de forma completa por un servicio que no esta completo.

Como todos los NORTHGATE que conozco, un desastre de organizacion, con un pesimo servicio (aunque simpatic@s la mayoria si lo son), les da igual para lo que vayas o si la culpa es suya. 4h de media, no te las quita nadie....y luego no saben ni que te han arreglado. En mi caso era un pinchazo, perdida de potencia y un crujido en la suspension delantera (que me salio desde que me hicieron la revision en Getafe). Pues bien.. despues de 5 horas y media, me la dan con el pinchazo arreglado y listo...del resto no sabian nada. Un desastre.
Like all the NORTHGATEs I know, a disaster of organization, with terrible service (although most of them are friendly), they don't care what you go for or it's their fault. 4 hours on average, no one takes it away from you... and then they don't even know that they have fixed it for you. In my case it was a puncture, loss of power and a creak in the front suspension (which I had since I had the inspection in Getafe). Well... after 5 and a half hours, they give it to me with the puncture fixed and ready... they didn't know anything about the rest. A disaster.
El peor servicio garantizado. NO lleven sus vehiculos porque perderan el tiempo, y la paciencia. Llevamos nuestro coche a una revision y ademas de tardar mas de dos horas y ni siquiera avisar que el coche ya estaba listo no sabian donde estaba la llave. Y no solo eso, cuando nos dirigimos al personal nadie nos atendia. UN DESASTRE TOTAL. Ah, y al coche nunca le revisaron nada. Asi que no pierdan el tiempo, el servicio deplorable.
The worst service guaranteed. DO NOT take your vehicles because you will waste time and patience. We took our car for an inspection and in addition to taking more than two hours and not even letting us know that the car was ready, they didn't know where the key was. And not only that, when we went to the staff no one attended to us. A TOTAL DISASTER. Oh, and the car was never inspected at all. So don't waste your time, deplorable service.
Excellent service. The representatives were very nice and gave us all the info we needed. Very recommended it.
