Alquile una furgoneta en julio y a dia de hoy, finales de septiembre ,(dia 27 para ser exactos) no me han devuelto la fianza de 200 EUR!!! son unos sinverguenzas!!la primera y la ultima.
I rented a van in July and as of today, the end of September, (the 27th to be exact) they have not returned my EUR200 deposit!!! They are scoundrels!! The first and the last.

Pesimo servicio!! Al parecer sus oficinas son independientes, ninguna esta conectada a la otra a la hora de dar informacion y de solucionar problemas! Nunca mas rentamos con Hertz!
Terrible service!! Apparently their offices are independent, none of them are connected to the other when it comes to providing information and solving problems! We never rent with Hertz again!
Flota de vehiculos bastante nuevos, con pocos km y modernos. En mi caso, fue un servicio de coche de sustitucion a traves del seguro y todo perfecto.
Fleet of fairly new vehicles, with low km and modern. In my case, it was a replacement car service through insurance and everything was perfect.
Unos sinverguenzas, te dan una furgoneta llena de aranazos y golpes sin hacerte firmar un papel de danos y cuando la devuelves se inventan cualquier dano para sacarte mas dinero. 0 recomendable.
Some scoundrels give you a van full of scratches and dents without making you sign a damage paper and when you return it they invent any damage to get more money from you. 0 recommended.
ESTAFADORES!! Me dan una furgoneta llena de aranazos y golpes y al devolverla me cobran 150EUR por un mini chinazo que 100% no habia hecho yo, viven de ello, te la alquilan barata y despues rascan de donde sea para cobrarte mas. Si podeis y no quereis pagar 200EUR minimo por 1 dia, ir a otro sitio.
SCAMMERS!! They give me a van full of scratches and dents and when I return it they charge me EUR150 for a mini-china that I 100% had not done, they live off of it, they rent it to you cheap and then they scratch it from wherever to charge you more. If you can and don't want to pay EUR200 minimum for 1 day, go somewhere else.
Super rapido para reservar, si te pasas los kms que incluye la reserva te cobran suplemento pero no es MUCHO. Volveria a alquilar con ellos, 100x100 recomendado
Super quick to book, if you go over the kms included in the reservation they charge you an additional fee but it is not MUCH. I would rent with them again, 100x100 recommended
Servicio muy comodo y rapido.por horas o dias tienen.. furgonetas muy limpias en Coslada en pleno poligono estan situados.. aparcamiento dificil de encontrar ya que esta todo ocupado por los trabajadores de las naves
Very comfortable and fast service. They have very clean vans in Coslada in the heart of the industrial estate for hours or days. Parking is difficult to find since it is all occupied by the warehouse workers.
