He bajado a las 17:20 para reservar una furgo para manana. La senorita muy amable me ha dicho q cerraban en 10'. Y no me podia atender. Verificando el horario veo q en la App figura viernes de 08: 00 a 19:00.Un servicio no propio de su empresa. No volvere.

Carmen me atendio super bien, fue muy agradable y simpatica conmigo tuvo varias situaciones complicadas justo antes que yo y las gestiono a la perfeccion. Sin duda hacen falta mas trabajadorxs como ella en cualquier puesto.

No es de recibo que una multinacional como esta tenga tantos fallos, al menos en cuanto a alquiler de furgonetas se refiere. El personal es amable pero esta vendido. De 5 alquileres que hemos hecho con ellos cuatro han tenido incidencia. Y tres de ellas muy graves para una empresa como no tener el vehiculo disponible y no ofrecer alternativa, ademas de avisar con minutos de antelacion de la misma.
It is unacceptable that a multinational like this has so many failures, at least when it comes to van rental. The staff is friendly but sold. Of the 5 rentals we have made with them, four have had an impact. And three of them are very serious for a company, such as not having the vehicle available and not offering an alternative, in addition to notifying them minutes in advance.

Reserve la reserva de la furgo para recogerla a las nueve de la manana. Cuando llego alli me dicen que no tienen la furgoneta que a lo largo de la manana me avisan y probablemente para poder disfrutar de ella mas pronto tendria que ir a buscarla a Leganes( muy lejos de Coslada) para no tener que esperar a que la traigan!! Por suerte insisti en que tenian que poner una solucion y asi fue!! Furgoneta al instante. Bastante curioso todo pero bueno al final la experiencia bien maravilla de furgonetas.precio calidad de maravilla.

Desde el primer momento todo han sido facilidades tanto por telefono como por el sistema d correo ; la furgoneta que utilizamos era d 12metros y salio el dia con el seguro a todo riesgo por poco menos d 90EUR Nos la entregaron limpia nos avisaron d un pequeno aranazo que por supuesto no era nuestro y todo fue facilidades . Al entregarla revisaron todo y perfecto en un par d dia te devuelven la fianza d 400EUR

Primer alquiler con esta empresa. Desde el primer momento un trato muy coordial y amable. A la hora de efectuar la devolucion de la furgoneta, lo mismo. Si en algun momento necesito otro vehiculo asi, sera una de mis primeras opciones.
