CUIDADO SON UNOS ESTAFADORES Hemos alquilado un coche un dia antes de la riada de la Dana en valencia teniamos que viajar para alli debido al cambio de planes obligatorio fuimos a anular el alquiler nos han dicho que sin problema que nos va a regresar el dinero, hasta el sol de hoy NADA y hace dos dias nos han cargado a la cuenta el cobro de nuevo del alquiler del coche, un coche que nunca hemos visto ni tocado ahora tenemos miedo que nos sigan sacando dinero. Esto es una locura encima fuimos a la oficina y nos dicen que llame a atencion al cliente y ellos nos dicen que vallamos a la oficina y asi nadie soluciona,

They told us that without a problem they will return our money, until today's sun. This is crazy, on top of that we went to the office and they told us to call customer service and they told us to go to the office and so no one solves it,

Me han estafado. No tiene otro nombre... Alquile una furgoneta en Febrero, teniendo que parar a los 30km de salir porque una rueda estaba pinchada (imposible de ver cuando revisas el vehiculo, si la han llenado de aire). Tuve que esperar a la grua (porque no llevaba gato para cambiarla, aunque si rueda de repuesto), esperar a que abrieran la tienda por la tarde para hacer cambio de furgoneta, y volver para atras. En total, 3h de retraso. Al llegar me pidieron perdon, me dijeron que los repartidores en navidad las habian destrozado, me cambiaron la furgoneta y me dijeron que obviamente no me iban a cobrar nada porque ese pinchazo era de perdida lenta y no podia ser culpa mia. Mi sorpresa vino a los 2 meses cuando Europcar me envio una factura de 200 euros + IVA por cambiar las 2 ruedas delanteras. Lo primero que hice fue ir a la oficina y me dijeron que ellos no podian hacer nada, que tenia que ponerme de acuerdo con atencion al cliente. Pero, que en la ficha ponia muy claro que no era culpa del cliente y que no me lo tenian que cargar. Cuando salia me dijeron literalmente "puedes irte contento, te hemos solucionado algo". Tras alegar a atencion al cliente, su respuesta fue que daba igual si el pinchazo era anterior a mi alquiler, que se detecto durante el mismo y que por lo tanto segun las condiciones del contrato, tenia que pagarlo. Lo he discutido con ellos varias veces, pero me cargaron el importe y no he tenido opcion alguna de recuperarlo. Es una pena, ya que siempre tanto por trabajo como por ocio he alquilado con ellos porque me daban confianza. NUNCA MAS!
I got scammed. It has no other name... I rented a van in February, having to stop 30km after leaving because a tire was flat (impossible to see when you check the vehicle, if they have filled it with air). I had to wait for the tow truck (because I didn't have a jack to change it, although there was a spare tire), wait for the store to open in the afternoon to change the van, and go back. In total, 3 hours late. When I arrived they apologized, they told me that the delivery drivers had destroyed them on Christmas, they changed my van and told me that obviously they were not going to charge me anything because that puncture was a slow loss and it couldn't be my fault. My surprise came 2 months later when Europcar sent me an invoice for 200 euros + VAT to change the 2 front wheels. The first thing I did was go to the office and they told me that they couldn't do anything, that I had to reach an agreement with customer service. But, in the form it was very clear that it was not the client's fault and that they did not have to charge me. When I was leaving they literally told me "you can leave happy, we have solved something for you." After arguing with customer service, their response was that it did not matter if the puncture was before my rental, that it was detected during it and that therefore according to the conditions of the contract, I had to pay for it. I have discussed it with them several times, but they charged me the amount and I have had no option to recover it. It's a shame, since I have always rented with them both for work and leisure because they gave me confidence. NEVER MORE!

Direi che ome noleggio e pessimo chiude alle 13 e riapre alle 16 fanno la sieta. Io arrivo con ritardo ma in mattinata ritardo dovuto ai problemi di trasporto pubblico e loro non hanno una macchia pulita da darmi. Io non voglio l'auto automatica perche non l'ho mai guidata e con 1200 ero di franchigia proprio non volglio rischiare di imparare a mie spese avevo chiesto apposta una cok cambio.l'auto e sporca dentro e fuori al lomite della decenza.
I would say that the rental is terrible, it closes at 1pm and reopens at 4pm, they take a nap. I arrive late but in the morning delay due to public transport problems and they don't have a clean spot to give me. I don't want an automatic car because I've never driven it and with 1200 I had an excess I really don't want to risk learning the hard way I had asked for a cok gearbox on purpose. The car is dirty inside and out beyond the limits of decency.
