What a great rental company! Very professional, very nice cars that are clean and reliable. Staff were accommodating and helpful, also managed to upgrade from original car booking to this beautiful SUV (colour shines beautifully in the sun!) with complete ease. Thank you to the lady who sorted out all the documentation (didn't get her name but she knows who she is, very polite and friendly!) will definitely look to book again for my next trip soon. One of the best car rental companies in St.lucia. The staff is amazing and the ower is a very nice person. I had a problem with a rental that I had. Spoke to one of the staff members who then informed the owner. The owner had me bring in the vehicle and addressed the problem right away. They are very accommodating. By far the best rental car company in St Lucia. Super professional, they delivered the car to the Airbnb and picked it up there. A newer Hyundai in great shape. We had to fly home for a family emergency, and they were very fair so to us. Highly recommended.

Absolutely would recommend!! Excellent customer service & really cares about his customers. We rented a car from Gary. Him and his staff were wonderful and took really good care of my family. Our car hit a pothole in Soufriere (2 hours away from Corinth) and Gary & his team drove all the way to deliver us a new car to make sure we got back alright. Go here if you're from out of town and need a car rental.

I recommend 300%! Having traveled alone, I immediately felt welcomed, accompanied and above all very safe! They are attentive, available, accommodating and the accommodation is very comfortable, close to everything and very clean! In addition, I also had the opportunity to rent a vehicle from them, my experience was more than satisfactory despite the small accident I may have had! Even after returning home, they continued to support me remotely to help me manage this inconvenience as best as possible. I can only recommend them! The whole team is really great :). The best car rental in St. Lucia. We paid in advance in two installments via VISA. This seemed a bit unusual at first glance, but it made handing over the vehicle much easier. In addition, no deposit had to be paid. The employees are all extremely friendly and always punctual. We were greeted promptly with a sign at the exit of the ferry port. The Suzuki Jimny with automatic transmission is the perfect car for the island as there are some bumps, steep inclines and potholes. All in all, recommended without hesitation.

Die Zahlung haben wir in zwei Raten vorab per VISA geleistet, dies wirkte auf den ersten Blick etwas ungewohnlich, hat aber die Ubergabe des Fahrzeugs erheblich erleichtert. Zudem musste dadurch keine Kaution hinterlegt werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle ausserst freundlich und stets punktlich. Wir wurden punktlich beim Ausgang des Fahrhafens mit einem Schild empfangen. Der Suzuki Jimny mit Automatikgetriebe ist das perfekte Auto fur die Insel, da es hier einige Unebenheiten, starke Steigungen und Schlaglocher gibt. Alles in allem ohne Bedenken weiterzuempfehlen.

Operative Car Rental was one of the smoothest, convenient, and communicative car rental companies Ive ever rented from! Their customer service is some of the best with quick communication at almost any hour and on convenient platforms, including Whatsapp. We rented a car for 9 days to explore the island of St. Lucia, and Operative Car Rental helped to arrange our rental of a Suzuki Splash at an amazing price, which included an airport transport of the vehicle to UVF airport at a very decent and competitive rate. When we had an issue with the first car they were quick to help us sort out our issue and exchange the car with no problem. Their customer service and prices are amazing! I would definitely recommend their service to any future visitors to St. Lucia. Truly a wonderful experience and renting with them made our holiday absolutely perfect!

We travelled to Saint Lucia over Spring Break 2022. We rented from Operative and their customer service was exceptional. From initial email to communication via WhatsApp as well as in person on delivery and pick up. We made a couple of adjustments to our rental and it was easy and accurate. The vehicle was as expected, the billing was correct with no surprises. Renting a car in a location like Saint Lucia can be stressful but I would not hesitate to recommend Operative. What you get from Operative is a very professional feeling as well as local business owners with Saint Lucian charm. Rent from them and know that your rental experience will be stress free. Easily the best car rental service I ve ever experienced. It can often feel a bit of a worry hiring a car, choosing the right company, car, cover but the guys at Operative Car Rental immediately put me at ease. Flexible, helpful and friendly with brilliant communication via email, WhatsApp or telephone. (And I utilised all of these peppering them with questions and queries and changes). We rented x2 vehicles for 2 weeks in March and had them delivered to and picked up from our villa, (which is a great service option in itself). The cars were exactly as described and the handover process was very easy. The team were charming and friendly. The exceptional service coupled with the unbeatable price (almost half the price of some the other rental companies) means I will absolutely look no further for my next trip, and will be recommending to our St Lucian family members and friends. (I ve never left a review of any company or service before but felt I definitely should on this occasion. Honestly look no further, stop researching and get in touch with these guys!)
