Todo salio perfecto. Lo primero a destacar ha sido la comunicacion y lo claro que ha estado todas las condiciones desde el primer momento. Sin sorpresas. La caravana se entrega en perfectas condiciones. Todo muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Si no contratas la ropa de cama, tienes almohadas para todos. Wifi gratis. A nosotros nos han recogido y llevado al aeropuerto gratis. Algo que nos ha facilitado mucho. Super recomendable!
Everything went perfect. The first thing to highlight has been the communication and how clear all the conditions have been from the first moment. No surprises. The caravan is delivered in perfect condition. Everything is very clean and has everything you need. If you don't hire the bedding, you have pillows for everyone. Free Wi-Fi. Si buscas un buen trato y seriedad esta es tu empresa . Las autocaravanas estan en muy buenas condiciones y el trato ejemplar. Te ayudan en todas las consultas que tengas y cualquier problema te lo resuelven sobre la marya . Sin duda volveremos a repetir .

Me encanto la experiencia con la autocaravana, todo estaba a la perfeccion, super bien explicado con el video que te envian con anterioridad y asi no pierdes tiempo cuando vas a recogerla. Ademas si no recuerdas algo solo tienes que volver a buscarlo en el video y ya esta resuelto. Los recomiendo al 100%.
I loved the experience with the motorhome, everything was perfect, super well explained with the video they sent you in advance and so you don't waste time when you go to pick it up. Also, if you don't remember something, you just have to look for it again in the video and it's already resolved. I recommend them 100%.
Primera vez que alquilo autocaravana y la tuve 1 semana entera la experiencia buenisima la autocaravana se porto muy bien y supero mis expectativas ya que pensaba que al 3 o 4 dia estaria incomodo y fue al contrario la cama comodisima, el bano muy bueno podia banarme bien y demas (mido 1,89 con 110kg no soy pequeno) y podia andar comodamente dentro de ella, tenia su agua caliente tanto pa banarte como pa fregar la losa..la nevera muy practica al ser grande con el video que te mandan explicandote la funcionalidad de todos los elementos ya tienes suficiente para disfrutar.. hicimos 1170km
First time I rented a motorhome and I had it for 1 whole week. The experience was very good. The motorhome behaved very well and exceeded my expectations since I thought that on the 3rd or 4th day I would be uncomfortable and it was the opposite. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very good, I could bathe well. and so on (I'm 1.89 with 110kg, I'm not small) and I could walk comfortably inside it, it had hot water both for bathing and for scrubbing the tile... the refrigerator was very practical as it was large with the video that you They explain to you the functionality of all the elements, you have enough to enjoy... we did 1170km
ATTENTION LOUEUR MALHONNETE, A FUIR ! Fran Rodriguez, qui donne son avis, est un employe de la societe, j'ai dialogue avec lui par mail. Les autres sont certainement des amis... En avril 2023, j'ai loue un camping-car pour voyager avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants. Le loueur prend 900EUR de caution. Au moment de la prise du vehicule, aucun etat des lieux du vehicule n'est effectue. Le premier jour, un vitre laterale se deboite a l'ouverture, voir photos. Ensuite, on remarque que le systeme de toilettes est endommage. En toute transparence, je le signale au loueur. Au retour, j'explique les problemes au loueur qui me dit que le vehicule etait en tres bon etat et que je l'ai endommage. Apres de multiples echanges par mail, au bout de 2 semaines, je recupere 622EUR.On m'informe que je vais recevoir les factures justifiant des travaux pour 278EUR. J'attends depuis maintenant 3 semaines. De plus, notre voyage etait prevu depuis 2020. J'avais verse un acompte de 300EUR en janvier 2020. A cause du confinement du au Covid, nous n'avions pas pu nous rendre en Espagne. Le loueur n'avait pas voulu me rembourser mais il m'avait precise que l'acompte serait valable sur une prochaine location. Mais lors de la reservation en 2023, il m'a informe que l'acompte etait valable 1 an, comme si on pouvait voyager facilement en 2021. Il a finalement accepte de realiser une remise de 150EUR, mais j'ai tout de meme perdu 150EUR.

In addition, our trip had been planned since 2020. I had paid a deposit of EUR300 in January 2020. Due to the Covid confinement, we were not able to go to Spain. The rental company did not want to reimburse me but told me that the deposit would be valid for a future rental. But when booking in 2023, he informed me that the deposit was valid for 1 year, as if we could easily travel in 2021. He finally agreed to give a discount of EUR150, but I still lost 150EUR.
Gran calidad en sus autocaravanas, calidad precio muy razonable, con servicios adicionales muy interesantes y satisfactorios para el cliente, atentos y mirando siempre por mi bienestar ya que se trata que la experiencia sea la mejor, con las vacaciones no se juega y ellos lo tienen muy claro. Recomendado 100%, no te lo pierdas. Diles cuales son tus inquietudes y ellos te ayudaran a conseguir que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables.
