La verdad que lleve el coche al taller pq era un colaborador de mi seguro, pero no han podido ser mas eficiente me han echo la reparacion de chapa en 3 dias y tanto el trato como la calidad ha sido magnifica, gracias y mil veces gracias repetiria 100%

Hace casi 3 anos compre un coche alli, todo perfecto durante el primer ano(garantia que te dan), casi 2 anos mas tarde despues de pasar el ano de garantia donde se suponia que me habian echo una revision con cambio de liquidos etc... Llevo el coche a un taller porque algo no me estaba cuadrando y resulta que la bateria(supuestamente nueva) tiene 4 anos y estaba hasta contaminada por fuera, liquidos rellenados sin haber pulgado antes, me venden que el coche tiene retrovisores electronicos, lo unico que trae el coche es el boton, pero no tiene el cierre automatico, de verdad el dueno es un encanto, pero o sus trabajadores son pesimos y manchan su nombre o tiene una mascara para vender. Lo siento pero no volvere a comprar un coche ni a recomendar mas este sitio.
Almost 3 years ago I bought a car there, everything was perfect during the first year (warranty they give you), almost 2 years later after passing the warranty year where they were supposed to have given me a service with change of fluids etc.. I took the car to a workshop because something was not right and it turns out that the battery (supposedly new) is 4 years old and was even contaminated on the outside, fluids refilled without having been checked first, they sell me that the car has electronic mirrors, the only thing is. What the car comes with is the button, but it doesn't have the automatic lock, the owner is really lovely, but either his workers are terrible and tarnish his name or he has a mask to sell. I'm sorry but I will not buy a car again or recommend this site anymore.

HEMOS TENIDO QUE CAMBIAR LA FURGONETA POR AVERIAS INFINIDAD DE VECES CON TODO LO QUE ELLO CONLLEVA, PERDIDAS DE TIEMPO, LLEGAR TARDE A LOS TRABAJOS, ENFADO DE LOS CLIENTES Y UN LARGO ETC ETC, Y NUNCA LE HEMOS RECLAMADO NADA, PAGABAMOS AMPLIACION DE KILOMETROS MENSUAL PARA NO TENER PROBLEMAS CON EXCESO DE KILOMETRAJE AUNQUE NO LO CONSUMIERAMOS, INCLUSO EN MUCHAS OCASIONES LAS FURGONETAS Y LO PONGO EN PLURAL, PORQUE HEMOS TENIDO MUCHAS, TENGO TODO LOS CONTRATOS Y MATRICULAS, CONSUMIAN ACEITES Y NOS GASTABAMOS EL DINERO EN GASOLINERAS EN GARRAFAS DE ACEITES PARA PODER SEGUIR CIRCULANDO. NUNCA, NUNCA LE HEMOS RECLAMADO NADA Y SIEMPRE HEMOS PAGADO LO QUE NOS DECIAN. INCLUSO ME RECLAMABAN EL PAGO DE MAS DE 4000 KM POR EXCESO DE KILOMETRAJE, CUANDO TUVIMOS QUE CAMBIAR EN VARIAS OCASIONES DE FURGONETA POR AVERIAS VARIAS, Y MENOS MAL QUE TENIAMOS FOTOS Y VIDEOS DE TODO PARA DEMOSTRAR QUE NO ERA ASI COMO ELLOS DECIAN, ASI COMO EL PAGO DE AVERIAS QUE DECIAN ERAN PRODUCIDAS POR NOSOTROS Y DEMOSTRABAMOS CON VIDEOS Y FOTOS QUE ESTABA EN ESE ESTADO AL MOMENTO DE RECOGERLAS.

WE HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE VAN DUE TO BREAKDOWNS AN INFINITY OF TIMES WITH ALL THAT THIS ENtails, LOSS OF TIME, ARRIVING LATE TO WORK, CUSTOMER ANGRY AND A LONG ETC ETC, AND WE HAVE NEVER CLAIMED ANYTHING FROM THEM, WE PAID MONTHLY INCREASE IN KILOMETERS TO NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH EXCESS MILEAGE EVEN IF WE DID NOT CONSUME IT, EVEN ON MANY OCCASIONS THE VANS AND I PUT IT IN PLURAL, BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD MANY, I HAVE ALL THE CONTRACTS AND REGISTRATIONS, THEY CONSUMED OILS AND WE SPENT THE MONEY AT GASOLINE STATIONS ON CYLINDERS OF OILS TO BE ABLE TO KEEP CIRCULATING. WE HAVE NEVER, NEVER CLAIMED ANYTHING FROM THEM AND WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID WHAT THEY TOLD US. IN THE RUSH OF GOING TO EXCHANGE THE DAMAGED VAN FOR ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT CLEANED, BECAUSE THEY CHARGED US FOR CLEANING SERVICE AND THE ONE THEY GAVE US WAS WORSE IN DIRT THAN THE ONE WE DELIVERED, IN WELL IF I CONTINUE COUNTING I WON'T STOP AT ALL THE INCIDENTS WITH THEM. THEY EVEN DEMANDED PAYMENT FROM ME FOR MORE THAN 4000 KM FOR EXCESS MILEAGE, WHEN WE HAD TO CHANGE THE VAN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS DUE TO VARIOUS BREAKDOWNS, AND GOODNESS WE HAD PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING TO SHOW THAT IT WAS NOT WHAT THEY SAID, AS WELL AS THE PAYMENT FOR BREAKDOWNS THAT THEY SAID WERE PRODUCED BY US AND WE SHOWED WITH VIDEOS AND PHOTOS THAT IT WAS IN THAT STATE AT THE TIME OF PICKING THEM UP.
