We hired a car from them when we were in Cordoba on the 8th of Nov. We received exemplary service from Helena at the Cordoba branch. We were so lucky to get her. She is an asset to Sixt. She spoke English and made the whole process so easy for us. We were given a good rate, a better car and she even made sure the navigation was all set up for us. We were to receive drop off directions via email from the Seville branch which we did not receive. However drop off was easy and we did not have any problems with the car. Overall we had a good experience with Sixt. Sorry, this review for Helena is a bit late but my husband and I would really like to thank her for the most wonderful service. She was sooo pleasant and helpful and we really appreciate her warm and kind attitude. Thank you so much Helena.
I had to suddenly hire a rental car on 1st May, and I am glad that Sixt guys could provide me one. The guy was extremely professional and helpful... very nice experience!
Horrible service. After I was told that everything was ok with the return of the car, the company charged me for a damage that had never done. Staff didnt say the truth to make me pay 309.18 euro. They deserve the closure of the shop.
They were open at the weekend. The official was very polite and competent. The car was perfect.

Sixt has become my primary rental car company, in Europe and the States. They truly appreciate my business, consistently have better rates, and the cars are so much better.
I had the most unbelievable experience with this company. I was rented the car in Granada (I am American) - no one asked for an IDP document. I then travelled to Seville and then Cordoba with my elderly mother. On the way to Cordoba, we got stopped by police who then screamed at me for not having an International Drivers Permit and said initially that it is the rental company's responsibility and they should never have rented me the car (I tend to agree if this is the law.) They called SIXT in Cordoba and a lady arrived who literally said "how could we know whether the people renting from us are allowed to drive in our country?" If this is not part of the job description of someone working for a rental company, I am at a loss of words. The lady refused to give us her name, but her employee number was 7094332. To make an extremely long story short: we got fined 250 euros, the car was towed, which meant we had to spend money on trains and cars to return back to Seville, and on top SIXT Cordoba is charging me fees for returning the car to Cordoba (including several "premium location return fees, gas fees, etc) - all of which I will be disputing with my credit card. I have contacted the SIXT corporate office and will not let this go. This experience absolutely put a grey cloud around our trip, including the discomfort brought to my elderly mother. I am so disappointed in SIXT's behaviour and the corruption of the personnel here (I won't even mention the police.) I do not recommend renting from this company. Stay away.
When we called sixt the very first time asking them all the information, they said they have automatic cars available same as the brand that we wanted. When we went to the office and after we paid, they gave us manual. To correct their mistake they upgraded us to a better fancy brand but they made us pay more. We didn't mind. We paid. But they gave us a low car and told us to go to the airport to get a high seat car. Now after they delayed us 4 hours due to miscommunication between them and the airport branch. Anyhow we didn't complain or anything. Now when we called to extend one day they asked us to pay more than the rate they charged us at the beginning although they have told us that we will be charged the same rate we were charged previously. That is not all, after complaining the girl speaking to us told us to go back all the way to the same branch that we first took the car from which is 5 hours away and then cut the phone on us. How disrespectful
