Muy mala experiencia. Segun el contrato teniamos que recoger el coche en la estacion de tren. Al contratar el coche no nos informaron que de alli te lleva un coche a un poligono donde te entregan el coche. A la vuelta nos paso lo mismo, tuvimos que entregar el coche en el poligono, ademas de 14:00-16:00 no te ofrecen llevarte a la estacion de trenes. Y encima te cobran un suplemento de 30 euros por ese servicio. Deberian dejar claro esto antes de hacer la reserva, para no llevarnos malas sorpresas
Very bad experience. According to the contract we had to pick up the car at the train station. When hiring the car, they did not inform us that from there a car will take you to an industrial park where they will deliver the car. The same thing happened to us on the way back, we had to deliver the car at the industrial park, and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. they don't offer a ride to the train station. And on top of that they charge you a supplement of 30 euros for that service. They should make this clear before making the reservation, so as not to get bad surprises.
Este verano, por primera vez,necesite alquilar un vehiculo para las vacaciones, mirando las resenas opte por, rental plus del poligono la Torrecilla, afortunadamente fue un gran acierto. Me atendio un gran equipo , pero tengo que destacar la maravillosa atencion recibida por parte de Angela, gran profesional , de 10. En cuanto al vehiculo, perfecto, sin ningun problema. Todo esto hace que ,si vuelvo a necesitar este tipo de servicio,recurra directamente a ellos sin ninguna duda. Muchas gracias por todo y seguid en esta linea!
This summer, for the first time, I needed to rent a vehicle for the holidays, looking at the reviews I opted for rental plus from the La Torrecilla industrial estate, fortunately it was a great success. A great team assisted me, but I have to highlight the wonderful attention received from Angela, a great professional, out of 10. As for the vehicle, perfect, without any problems.
