Having a great experience to rent a car. Ivan is really nice guy helps us a lot !
I recently rented a car from Europcar (ST Cordoba Renfe) and was seriously impressed by the professionalism and demeanor of Joaquin, the representative I worked with. He was highly responsive to my emails since I didn't have a local number, making our communication seamless. What stood out most was his willingness to accommodate our changing situation while we traveled. I truly felt fortunate to have such a responsible representative by my side. His exceptional service deserves all the positive feedback possible!
I got a car that I did not book (a so called upgrade). This car was had FOB key that was no match for the thieves that stole my backpack containing all my electronics from the trunk. When I returned the car I went to the Europcar counter to warn that the car is not safe. The employee said that she would inform the company but did not ask my name nor the make of the car (the key was already being returned at the drop off). What a joke of a company!!
Quick and nice service, I have got all my issues handled and all my question answered. Ivan, your collegaue in the Cordoba office was so helpful and kind!

When you rented the car in another town you don't know where the Europcar parking is and there are 0 singpost. You will see lots of singpost of other car compagnies (you should have chosen). Don't go there We lost 30 min+ driving around Cordoba and had to ask twice
Disappointed with europcar, been using their service several times but always get trick/scam by them..we were charged for scratches thats already exists. Luckily we made picture so still waiting for this to be dispute. They always trick/scam us to upgrade on the spot to the better car which is actually comparable to what we order!
Rented a car here for several days and was totally satisfied as usual with Europcar that I mostly use when in Europe. Service in the morning hours was quick, easy, effiecient, and friendly. The car was in quite good condition, several scratches but as usual with rented cars you take notes of it in case of but Europcar is usually very good to deal with in those cases (just take some pictures of the car when you receive it or let the office know about it before leaving). So overall, good price-quality ratio, friendly and efficient service, and a new app that makes things even easier and quicker...overall that's how I would describe Europcar. Only little issue is the parking entrance; however, I do not think that this is Europcar's responsability and overall when driving in the rural areas or Cordoba center you should be aware of quite narrow streets. If this might be an issue book a smaller car if a big one is not really necessary. Best.
