Disappointed with Customer Service at Cordoba Train Station Office I've rented from Enterprise in the past and have always been impressed with their excellent customer service--until this experience. Unfortunately, the representative at the Cordoba train station office was unhelpful and unprofessional. Her unwillingness to help left us stranded, unable to find alternative transportation in time. As a result, I missed a significant family event. Enterprise usually sets a high standard for customer care, which is why this experience was so unexpected and upsetting. To make matters worse, she refused to provide her name so we can make a formal complaint.

I don't recommend to rent from this scammers company. We paid them to rent a car and they didn't give it to us!! In addition their staff are very un polite specially the blond lady.

These guys do not know what they are doing. When a customer reserved a car in advance, they do not know how to prepare and have it ready. Also, they are not willing to help resolve the problem they caused. All the know is... saying "No", shrugged their shoulders and laughed behind your back. Stay away and reserve your car somewhere else.

We had a confirmed reservation for a rental car months in advance and upon arrival at the desk we were informed that due to a logistical issue they do not have any cars so we are left empty handed with no support and all the other rental companies are fully booked. They say they could not contact us but my e-mail and phone number were used in the reservation. Absolutely useless.

I rented a compact car for three weeks and drove 2500 km in June. The vehicle was brand new, top of the line, very economical (Diesel which I had not asked for) . I returned it to a different location (Madrid airport). The price was reasonable. Their accounting, however, appeared somewhat "creative" and I ended up paying about $50 above the initial quote/contract. I was too lazy to open a dispute. Addendum: Had to take off another star- now they have also charged me twice for some administrative fee ($28)- this is six weeks later. Emails are not answered or only in Spanish.

While I could have spoken in my poor Spanish, the staff spoke fluent English. We received our car quickly. It was very clean but had virtually no gas. There are plenty of gas stations nearby so it's not a problem. It just means you have to work a little harder to return it near empty. I returned it to a different Enterprise station and had no problems with my bill and return of deposits. The car worked very well, and I'm glad its brakes were in excellent shape, because driving to the white Hill towns needs good brakes!

We booked a car for 5 days over Easter. The initial price was pretty reasonable and when we got there, a very friendly member of staff (with great English) attended us and made a suggestion which saved us an additional day. Unsolicited, she also added a bit of flexibility to the return time, because we were travelling with a child. I don't know if it was company policy or that we were lucky with the person who attended us, but we got great service that really gave the impression that she had our interests at heart. Thanks!

I picked up a car today from this rental office. I had reserved in advance and it was a smooth affair. Mr. Gabriel was very courteous and helpful. After signing the rental agreement, he accompanied me down to the rental car parking lot and showed me the options available and asked me to pick the one I preferred. He even offered tips on driving in Andalusia and parking in Cordova. The office is located right across the street from the Cordova train station, and inside the Cordova bus station. Took me about 3 minutes from the time I got off the train to walk to Enterprise. Update: I had an excellent experience during my car return as well. As soon as I pulled into the underground parking garage, Carlos greeted me and enquired if I had a train to catch shortly. Upon replying in the affirmative, he took the car keys from me and told me I could proceed to the train station and to expect a call within 10 minutes regarding the return. He promptly called me in 10 minutes, and explained everything was in order. I give the enterprise team a 5/5 for their professionalism and assistance. #cordobabusstation #enterpriserentacar #cordoba
