NEVER AGAIN, we picked up a van and it had an engine light on, we mentioned it to the salesperson (who is obviously a mechanic...) and he told us, that will be because of the AdBlue, fill it up and thats it. The AdBlue has its own warning light and it is not the engine failure indicator, but oh well. We loaded the van with the move of an entire house, we went on a trip and the first km, fine. After a while it goes into Safety Mode, and locks at a maximum of 80km/h, we refill the AdBlue to rest assured that it wasnt that, and when it starts, SURPRISE! It no longer goes over 50km/h. From here the odyssey and torture begins.... we call the office, NO ONE TAKES IT, we insist again and again and nothing. We called the customer service that we found on the website and they told us that the office has to solve it, and if they dont pick it up, we should try more times. After more than 30 unanswered calls, I called RACE, which was the assistance provided by the All Risk Insurance that we hired, and they told us that if the van is loaded, the tow truck cannot take it, that we should unload it where we are and that then they take it away. We call the headquarters again and they tell us.... well since the office is closed now, you will have to SLEEP IN THE VAN.... We went at 50km/h from Despenaperros to Albacete, which is where we managed to get there (because once we stopped, it didnt even start) The next day as soon as we opened the office, another round of unanswered calls until someone finally picked up and told us that they were going to manage it, that they were sending us another van from Cordoba, that we had to change the load wherever we were. 2 nights in a hotel that were not necessary, 74 unanswered calls, meals and unnecessary anxiety. We finish the move, we deliver the van and CARLOS OSSORIO, the office manager, gives us his email to send us a note of the expenses that they were going to cover for the inconvenience caused. and SURPRISE, HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PICK UP THE PHONE, more than 1 month waiting for a solution and this never ends. Anyone who wants to reserve a vehicle with them. inform that it does not matter whether you have insurance or not, they are not going to be responsible for anything if something happens, basically because there is no way to contact them and get a response. Its shameful how a multinational of this size laughs at people like that, and the employees who work there dont even deign to try to solve any problem you have.

The location that appears on Google Maps does not correspond to reality. Neither do the photos that appear. In case it helps someone when returning a van at night, the Enterprise booth is located next to the Citroen warehouse, much further away from where this location is marked.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I had a van reserved for 09/23/23 at 9:00 a.m. and to our surprise the person who assists us tells us that when he checked it at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, checking it he told us that it was broken without telling us until 9:00 a.m. (They could have at least notified us beforehand to decide if we were waiting there or not) They give us two options, the first being a smaller van which is not worth it, and the second option being that they were bringing us a van from Malaga that would take a while. 45 minutes to deliver it to us. An hour and a half later the manager tells us that they cant locate the driver of said van and that they bring it from Seville, come on, they dont even know where the van left from... we were there for 3 hours or so waiting and no one told us anything In the end, at 12:30 in the morning we left there without a van or a solution since we needed a van. Of course I left them a complaint form. I would not count on them again, terrible experience.

If what you want is for them to give you a good face and a good word so that later when you deliver the car they cause problems and STEAL you for unjustified and falsified reasons, do not hesitate to come here THEY WILL STEAL you without problem without knowledge and without any type of qualms
