Son unos sinverguenzas. Alquilamos un coche por unas horas, que ni siquiera limpiaron. A dia de hoy ha pasado un mes y no nos han devuelto la fianza. Nos dan largas diciendo que lo haran la proxima semana,y ya hoy despues de un mes, como ultima excusa nos dicen que lleva un golpe. Cosa totalmente incierta. Asi q grabar siempre video cuando lo entregueis.,como hicimos nosotros. No recomiendo a nadie que alquile con esta empresa.

Alquilamos un coche del 1 al 7 de julio con entrega y recogida en el aeropuerto de jerez. Hice la reserva sin tener que adelantar nada. A pesar de darnos el coche a las 13.30 y devolverlo a las 16.30, no nos cobraron un dia extra. No tuvimos que esperar ni 2 minutos para la entrega y recogida y la devolucion de la fianza se realizo dentro del mes, como se nos indico, en concreto el dia 22. Un precio mas barato con seguro a todo riesgoque en otras companias y todo correcto, lo recomiendo.

Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Anmietung eines Opel Corsa ( hatte 10.000 km runter) Mietpreis fur 2 Tage ca. 50 Euro pro Tag plus 25 Euro Versicherung. Also knapp 150 Euro. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Auto war sehr sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen erfullt. Wir haben den Wagen vollgetankt zuruck gegeben. Der Herr im Office spricht nicht deutsch oder Englisch, aber die Verstandigung war kein Problem. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We were very satisfied, the car was very clean and met our expectations. We returned the car with a full tank. On 07/06/24, we decided to rent a car with this company due to the proximity it had to our hotel (Fuerte Conil), and for the price of 54e that the rental cost us. I have to say that when I arrived to pick up the car, the treatment was very cordial. At the time of taking it (a Suzuki Swift), the car had not been cleaned. After taking a look at it I didnt think it was extremely dirty either. Well, I agreed to take it since we were going to use it exclusively that morning to go to Cadiz. I dont want to get into the faults that the car had, but as of today the 200e deposit has still not been returned to me. I dont know the number of calls Ive made to them, the excuses theyve given me... what if at the end of the week I would have it, what if at the end of the next, that the dataphone has a return limit, that now I wont give you We enter it in case we receive a fine, which if the contract says that they have one month to return it (which is not true) and other long periods of time. I usually continually rent a vehicle for the company and I have never been in a situation like this. I have read some reviews in which the deposit had not been returned. I should have read them before... I hope this review helps other people think before renting with this company...what professionals... Pdta... the car was delivered in perfect condition and today it is also in the hands of the courts. Lets see if more people lose the desire to do this.

El dia 6/07/24, decidimos alquilar un coche con esta empresa debido a la cercania que tenia con nuestro hotel (fuerte Conil), y por el precio de 54e que nos costaba el alquiler. He de decir que cuando llegue a por el coche, el trato fue muy cordial. A la hora de llevarmelo (un suzuki swift), el coche no habia sido limpiado. Despues de echarle un vistazo tampoco me parecio que fuese extremadamente sucio. Bueno, accedi a llevarmelo ya que ibamos a utilizarlo exclusivamente esa manana para ir a Cadiz. No quiero meterme en los fallos que tenia el coche, si no que a dia de hoy todavia no se me ha devuelto la fianza de 200e. No se la cantidad de llamadas que les he hecho, las excusas que me han puesto... que si a finales de semana la tendria, que si a finales de la siguiente, que el datafono tiene un limite de devoluciones, que ahora no te lo ingresamos por si nos llega alguna multa, que si en el contrato pone que tienen un mes para devolverla (cosa que no es cierta) y demas largas. Suelo alquilar de forma continua algun vehiculo para la empresa y jamas me habia visto en una situacion como esta. He leido alguna resena en la que habia no se habia devuelto la fianza. Tendria que haberlas leido antes... Espero que esta resena sirva para que otras personas se lo piensen antes de alquilar con esta empresa...menudos profesionales... Pdta.. el coche se entrego en perfecto estado y a dia de hoy tambien esta en manos de los juzgados. A ver si se os quitan las ganas de hacer esto a mas gente.

Provider can only be recommended to a very limited extent. Prices are better than Avis or Europcar. No extra fee was charged for a child seat and a Crossland was provided instead of the Opel Corsa. However, communication is difficult and it must be expected that the vehicle is not 100% in working order. The first vehicle had a very dirty windshield but no washer fluid, the tank was only 1/4 full and the air conditioning wasnt working properly. When it was replaced, the air conditioning appeared to be working normally again. Instead, 30 euros were withheld from the deposit without prior information, which is not fair treatment of customers.

Anbieter ist nur sehr eingeschrankt zu empfehlen. Preise sind zwar besser als bei Avis oder Europcar. So wurde keine Extra-Gebuhr fur Kindersitz berechnet und statt Opel Corsa ein Crossland gestellt. Dafur ist die Verstandigung schwierig und es muss damit gerechnet werden, dass das Fahrzeug nicht 100% in Ordnung ist. Das erste Fahrzeug hatte eine stark verschmutzte Frontscheibe aber kein Wischwasser, Tank war nur 1/4 gefullt und die Klimaanlage arbeitete nicht korrekt. Beim Austausch lief die Klimaanlage scheinbar wieder normal. Dafur wurden dann ohne vorherige Information 30 Euro von der Kaution einbehalten, was kein fairer Umgang mit Kunden ist.

The car was practically new, an Opel Crossland. Hasta ahi todo perfecto, a la hora de devolver el coche, la persona responsable nos dice que todo esta perfecto y se van, cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando nos devuelven 20 euros menos de la fianza alegando que han tenido que rellenar el deposito con 30 euros y nos cobran solo 20 por deferencia...adjunto foto que ellos mismos nos mandan una vez han llegado a conil, hago enfasis en esto porque del camping sale el deposito practicamente lleno...obviamente la mala resena no es por los 20 euros, algo totalmente anecdotico, es por el hecho de recoger el coche que digan que todo esta perfecto y luego aprovechen para colocarte el gol, si nos hubiesen llamado la atencion en el camping respecto a este mismo hecho de la gasolina hubiesemos tenido la oportunidad de hacer la foto real de como nosotros habiamos dejado el deposito y hubiesemos tenido derecho a replica pero claro, si dos horas despues me dices que me devuelves 20 euros menos mandandome una foto en la que ya de primeras se ve que 20 euros no son y segundo, yo que se si te has ido a casa de tu prima, te has tomado un cafe, has ido al mercadona a por una pizza y luego te has tomado una cana en el bar Manolo...pues hombre, muy profesional no es. Aun con el gol he de decir que siguen siendo los mas baratos de la zona y los unicos que ofrecian el servicio de traernos y llevarse el coche del camping, pero las formas han sido lamentables.

We had to change cars twice. The first one did not have air conditioning, the second one was delivered very dirty and smelled of tobacco because they had to clean it quickly (they said light cleaning). With the third we were luckier. The manager treated us very well and it is appreciated but I think they would have to check the vehicles better before delivering them. The good thing is that they have very long hours.

Tuvimos que cambiar de coche dos veces. El primero no funcionaba el aire, el segundo lo entregaron muy sucio y olia a tabaco porque tuvieron que limpiarlo deprisa (limpieza ligera dijeron). Con el tercero ya tuvimos mas suerte. El encargado nos atendio muy bien y se agradece pero creo que tendrian que revisar mejor los vehiculos antes de entregarlos. Lo bueno es que tienen horario muy amplio.
