Wir hatten fur 3 Tage ein Auto gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Selbst eine terminliche Umbuchung war kein Problem. Uns wurde das Auto von Lola ins Hotel gebracht und am Ende brauchten wir den Schlussel nur an der Rezeption abgeben. Lola hat uns ganz viele Tipps gegeben und sogar gesagt wo wir bei unseren Touren parken konnen. So eine freundliche und engagierte Frau , einfach nur super. Sehr zu empfehlen.

If you decline insurance, they charge you 1200EUR (!) (the full deductible) up front. People saying there are no excess fees or insurance requirements are mistaken. (My credit card has rental car coverage, so I usually decline the car rental company's insurance. Most rental companies put a hold of 200-300EUR on the card until the car is returned. They don't charge you the full deductible.)

The vehicle was requested by telephone from Albitana via the hotel service (Gran Conil), confirmed and made available at the hotel the following day. The contract, which was explained in detail, was concluded with Lola, who also provided information about the sightseeing highlights of the province of Cadiz. The vehicle (Opel Corsa) was flawless, an existing dent was documented, and fuel consumption was low. After the rental period of one week for a total of EUR 350.00, the vehicle only had to be parked in the hotels own parking lot and the vehicle keys handed in at the hotel reception. It was a thoroughly recommendable service worthy of five stars. Lola earned six stars for the vehicle handover at the hotel.

Das Fahrzeug wurde uber den Hotelservice (Gran Conil) bei Albitana telefonisch angefragt, bestatigt und an dem darauf folgenden Tag am Hotel bereitgestellt. Mit Lola, die nebenbei uber die Sightseeing Highlights der Provinz Cadiz Auskunft gab, wurde der Vertag, der ausfuhrlich erklart wurde, abgeschlossen. Das Fahrzeug (Opel Corsa) war einwandfrei, eine vorhandene Beule war dokumentiert, der Benzinverbrauch war niedrig. Nach der Mietzeit von einer Woche fur total 350,00 EUR brauchte das Fahrzeug nur auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz abgestellt und die Fahrzeugschlussel an der Hotelrezeption abgegeben werden. Es war rundum empfehlenswerter und funf Sterne verdienender Service. Fur die Fahrzeugubergabe im Hotel hat Lola sechs Sterne verdient.
