Ayer alquilamos a traves de la web un coche para recoger hoy, con una sillita del grupo 0 y otra del grupo 2 para nuestros hijos, ya que la web da la opcion de elegir entre 3 tipos de sillas en funcion del peso. Cuando llegamos hoy a recogerlo nos dicen que solo tienen esas sillas que vemos ahi, que eran del grupo 1 y un elevador, y literalmente nos dice "yo no soy padre, no entiendo de sillas de ninos", llama a su central para comentar la situacion y riendose nos dice que nos puede devolver el importe de las sillas pero no el del alquiler del coche, y que lo que hagamos con los ninos es cosa nuestra... Lamentable, nunca mas alquilaremos en esta empresa y no se lo recomendamos a nadie.
Yesterday we rented a car through the website to pick up today, with a group 0 seat and another from group 2 for our children, since the website gives the option to choose between 3 types of seats depending on weight. When we arrived today to pick him up they told us that they only have those chairs that we see there, which were group 1 and a lift, and he literally told us "I'm not a father, I don't understand children's chairs", he calls their headquarters to comment on the situation and laughingly tells us that he can refund the amount of the chairs but not the cost of the car rental, and that what we do with the children is up to us... Unfortunately, we will never rent from this company again and we do not recommend it to anyone.
Atencion excelente, fui a alquilar un coche con bastante prisa y Victor se saco uno de la manga para no dejarme tirada ya que en estas fechas estaban sin flota, muy agradable en el trato e informacion, el coche estupendo , muy rapido en la entrega y recogida, volvere a contar con vosotros !! I'm very satisfied with everything at RentalPlus in Colmenar Viejo. The office is located a bit outside the centre, but it wasn't any big problem, when most buses to Madrid goes close. The staff is very friendly and reliable. I can highly recommend this car rental company.
