alquilo un coche gama c para el 19 de noviembre hasta el 29 de noviembre .cuando voy a recoger el coche me dan un mg zs por que dice que no tiene el que le he pedido, coche lleno de barro (adjunto fotos) .le pregunto por la documentacion y me dice que se encuentra en vehiculo y cuando llego a mi casa voy verificarlo y no esta llamo para que me la envien y me solicitan los datos para ello. Pero por la tarde me llaman de centauro Villalba que le han informado q tengo entregar el coche urgentemente y le pregunto por que motivo que estoy a 200km de alli y me dice que llame a central para que me lo digan. Llamo y directamente no me dan motivo y me cuelgan ,procedo a entregar el coche y sigue sin darme motivo alguno de porque una autentica verguenza de sitio y de gente.
I rent a range C car for November 19th until November 29th. When I go to pick up the car they give me a mg zs because they say they don't have the one I asked for, car full of mud (attached photos). I asked him for the documentation and it tells me that it is in a vehicle and when I get home I go to verify it and it is not there, I call to have it sent to me and they request the information for it. But in the afternoon I get a call from Centauro Villalba who has informed him that I have to deliver the car urgently and I ask him why I am 200km away and he tells me to call the central office so they can tell me. He called and they didn't give me a reason and they hung up on me, I proceeded to deliver the car and they still didn't give me any reason why, a real shame about the place and the people.
Muy satisfactorio todo, desde la reserva hasta la devolucion del coche. La devolucion del importe del combustible inmediata. Si necesitara volver a alquilar vehiculo volveria a repetir con esta empresa
