Bien evidemment la vue est incroyablement belle, difficile de faire mieux. Cependant ... la nourriture laisse a desirer. L'entree de carpaccio contenait des grains de sel beaucoup trop gros et fort ( ca en donne la nausee presque on dirait qu'on boit la tasse de l'eau de la mer) et les crevettes en plats, pour le prix je m'attendais a un peu de garniture sur le cote ca ne coute rien de faire quelques patates sautees. C'etait tres radin meme si il y a 6 crevettes rouges fin un accompagnement c'est le minimum.
Obviously the view is incredibly beautiful, it's difficult to do better. However...the food leaves something to be desired. The carpaccio starter contained grains of salt that were much too large and strong (it makes you feel nauseous, almost like you're drinking a cup of sea water) and the shrimp dishes, for the price I like was expecting a little garnish on the side it doesn't cost anything to make some fried potatoes. It was very stingy even if there are 6 fine red shrimps for a side dish that's the minimum.
Would highly recommend this company. We hired a small car for 10 days from Ciutadella. Very friendly, flexible and v reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Nos atendieron muy bien y dieron facilidades. Alquilamos 4 coches para toda la familia y todo funciono. Los coches limpios y suficiente para moverse por la isla (Fiat Panda). En la oficina de Arenal den Castell nos atendio Corinn muy amablemente y nos explico rutas por la isla. Precios competitivos y buen servicio. Muy recomendable.
They treated us very well and provided us with facilities. We rented 4 cars for the whole family and everything worked. The cars are clean and enough to get around the island (Fiat Panda). At the Arenal den Castell office Corinn helped us very kindly and explained routes around the island. Competitive prices and good service. Highly recommended.

Cenato senza prenotazione abbiamo atteso poco il tavolo e un po' di piu' le ordinazioni, ma personale molto disponibile e location stupenda! Cibo buono abbiamo preso una paella nera di pesce e un amaro. Prezzi nella media. Consiglio per il posto e il personale diaponibile e professionale.
We had dinner without a reservation, we waited a little for the table and a little longer for the orders, but very helpful staff and a wonderful location! Good food we took a black seafood paella and a bitters. Average prices. I recommend the place and the helpful and professional staff.
