Qualche giorno prima di partire abbiamo ricevuto una mail con le indicazioni per il ritiro e una utile miniguida di Minorca. Al nostro arrivo in aeroporto c'era Vittorio al parcheggio ad aspettarci, un ragazzo super cordiale e sorridente che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e dato qualche consiglio. Il pagamento viene effettuato direttamente al ritiro, accettano carte e contanti, nessuna cauzione richiesta. Nel prezzo e inclusa un'assicurazione completa senza franchigie, consegna e ritiro in aeroporto, secondo conducente, seggiolini per i bambini ... Insomma servizio perfetto!!! Complimenti!!!
A few days before leaving we received an email with pick-up directions and a useful mini-guide to Menorca. Upon our arrival at the airport, Vittorio was waiting for us in the car park, a super friendly and smiling guy who gave us the keys and gave us some advice. Payment is made directly upon collection, they accept cards and cash, no deposit required. The price includes full insurance with no deductibles, delivery and collection at the airport, second driver, child seats... In short, perfect service!!! Compliments!!!
Puntualita, chiarezza nella comunicazione e serieta. Ritiro e riconsegna in aeroporto come da indicazioni. Abbiamo avuto una Fiat Panda che andava benissimo e consumava anche poco per i quasi 600km fatti nella settimana. Rental car consigliato!

Davvero eccezionali! Ritiro e riconsegna facilissimi e veloci. E soprattutto un servizio eccellente anche post utilizzo. Abbiamo ricevuto una multa l'anno dopo e sono stati gentilissimi nel darci tutte le indicazioni utili per pagare. Questo e servizio al 100%. Davvero bravi e super consigliati.

Quick and easy, car was ready at arrival. Friendly staff. Unfortunately fuel tank wasn't full so was hard to return car with same amount. Can recommend this company and for sure will rent car with them again
Ottimo Rental Car!! Facile, preciso e sopratutto ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo! Macchina ritirata in aereoporto (Fiat500) pulita e con ombrellone per goderci al meglio la vacanza.. Una volta arrivati in aeroporto, abbiamo trovato la macchina con il numero di parking, pagato in contanti e ci siamo goduti L' isola con casko e km illimitati! Nessun pagamenti a sorpresa una volta preso le chiavi. Se dovessi tornare a Minorca, mi affiderei a loro!! Grazie di tutto
Excellent Rental Car!! Easy, precise and above all excellent value for money! Car picked up at the airport (Fiat500), clean and with umbrella to make the most of our holiday.. Once we arrived at the airport, we found the car with the parking number, paid in cash and enjoyed the island with helmet and unlimited km! No surprise payments once you get the keys. Noleggiato una 500 in perfette condizioni. Facilissimi il check in e il check out. Guida data in dotazione con la macchina super utile per girare Minorca. Personale super gentile e preparato. Consiglio assolutamente questo auto noleggio gestito da due ragazzi italiani che hanno avuto un'ottima idea e di cui ci si puo fidare (se aprite altri autonoleggi in altre isole fatemelo sapere ). Per qualunque evenienza si puo contattare chiara, una dei due proprietari, via whatsapp; lei e gentilissima e super disponibile. Riassumendo: se come me ogni volta che andate in vacanza avete paura di noleggiare una macchina senza essere fregati, con Menorca go avete trovato un autonoleggio serio e affidabile e non dovrete preoccuparvi di nulla!!!
Rented a 500 in perfect condition. Check in and check out is very easy. Guide supplied with the car, super useful for getting around Menorca. Super friendly and prepared staff. I absolutely recommend this car rental run by two Italian guys who had an excellent idea and who can be trusted (if you open other car rentals in other islands let me know ). For any eventuality you can contact Chiara, one of the two owners, via WhatsApp; she is very kind and super helpful. In summary: if like me, every time you go on holiday you are afraid of renting a car without being ripped off, with Menorca go you have found a serious and reliable car rental company and you won't have to worry about anything!!!
