We rented from the Calas Piqas branch and the lady who served us was so very helpful. It was straightforward with no hidden extras and reasonable prices! She even gave us tips for finding a great beach which wasn't full of tourists! Would hire from here again if we come back!
Excellent service all round. Popped into office and car sorted for following 4 days. Couldn't find the car initially, but the lady came out herself and pointed me right to it. My fault in understanding properly. Returned without a hitch and deposit refunded quickly. Would definitely use again.

Wanted to discover Menorca while on holiday last week, so decided to hire a car went into Autos Ciutadella and am so glad I did, Zoey was brilliant so helpful and friendly and her local knowledge was invaluable telling us the best places to go. The car was great, a Fiat Punto it was clean and full of fuel just what was needed I can't recommend this company enough, so so helpful and so friendly that when I returned the car I spent 30 mins just chatting with Zoey about the island. Many thanks and I will be back.
Absolutely fantastic company. Cannot praise them enough. I hired a scooter for 3 days, had an issue with a broken wing mirror and all sorted through the company. Deposit returned exactly when they said. The bikes themselves are in great condition and the staff, two of that I met on different dates were very friendly and polite. I'm always sceptical of these companies but through this experience I will 100% return and use these guys again. FYI scooters only take 7 euros roughly to fill!... I didn't know this before
I found this company to be very good. The price was excellent and when we picked up the car everything was explained very well in perfect English. There were no extra charges and the process was made very easy. The vehicle supplied was great and obviously very well maintained. Recommended!
We hired a car last week for a few days while we were in Menorca. I had booked online and made the reservation to the wrong branch but that was not an issue, Zoe very quickly got our booking transferred over and had a car ready for us in minutes. The whole process was really smooth, wee Toyota aygo was perfect for dotting about the island and we felt the price was reasonable too! Would definitely recommend
