Europcar in Ciudad Real

The same case as another boy. I called because I needed a car and I saw that they would be closed at that time...they told me that they would charge me extra for opening the office after hours, they gave me a price and a reference number. When it arrived, the office closed, by phone they told me that they had sent me an email the same day I booked informing me that they did not have the requested car, supposedly they sent the email to me at 8 in the morning and I made the reservation at 10. ..so impossible. The requested car, which was not available, was parked on the street. The guy I spoke to is the same one who works in the Ciudad Real office. More seriousness please, this is being unpresentable. For them, what they lose will be nothing, but it was a big problem for me.

We have to thank the good service and good work of this branch since thanks to them we were able to enjoy our vacation. A little over an hour after our arrival at the Ciudad Real station, Interprice called us where we had reserved a car to tell us that there is no car, so we should find our way. I contacted EuropaCar and the service was exquisite, they did everything possible and impossible to get us a vehicle, we must greatly appreciate their attention. Thank you

Today the way they treated me has been a shame. I have made my reservation for a long time and when I made it they only told me that a card was needed, but no one told me that I had to leave a reservation of 200 and when I saw this I tried to pay with several cards, but For seven Euros they didn't give me the reservation and I was left without a car, what a shame

They gave us a car that was superior to the one hired, and when we were about to take the train the phone called us. Agency that some occupant dropped a lot of money on one of the seats! Thank you because there are still honest people!

The staff who attended to us were unpleasant and arrogant. We have recovered the car that was dirty and in poor condition for the 25,000 km it had. When we left, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding that the car had no windshield wiper fluid, almost all of the fluid levels were at minimum; We called the staff to tell them and have them note the damages not included in the contract, and their response was "oh okay". Damaged tires; a real danger to rent here. I don't think it's concerns customers should have looking at the tires and levels. Never again with this company.

REGRETTABLE SERVICE!! I call on Friday at 7:30 p.m. to confirm that there would be someone to meet me because I urgently need to rent a car and they tell me that they close at 8:00 p.m. but that they will serve me until 9:30 p.m., paying an extra fee for out of hours. I go to the office to pick up the car at 8:30 p.m. I find everything closed and I call the contact numbers to notify my arrival thinking that someone would come to give me the car. I don't get a response from anyone and I'm left with one hand in front and one behind. No contact phone answers and we can't find how to act. Talking to the mall's security guy, he tells me that they leave at 8:00 p.m. and that no one stays there. He tells me that he is going to contact the person on his agenda responsible for the office in case something happens at the premises and no one picks up the phone. I wasted an hour of my time on this shit and I was left stranded 4 hours from my destination in the middle of Ciudad Real without being able to do anything. I had to pay for a hotel night and spend the night there because some rude people told me that there would be people in the office and when I arrived there was no one. REGRETTABLE
