Alquile un furgon el Viernes 8 por la tarde, el chaval que me atendio (Adrian creo) fue un gran profesional comprometido, hasta que no llego mi furgoneta (el cliente que tenia que traerla a las 18.30 la llevo a las 21.00) no ceso de llamar y preocuparse. Creo que la politica de ENTERPRISE tiene que ser asegurar la reserva, si el cliente no la entrega yo me quedo tirado. Pero el hizo todo lo posible por solucionarme el problema. Incluso fuera de su jornada. Un 10 por este trabajador.

Despues de tener una reserva confirmada via mail, con su pertinente comprobacion telefonica, nos llamaron veinte minutos antes de llegar a la estacion para decirnos que no tenian coche. Cuando llegamos a la estacion pedimos explicaciones y su respuesta fue: Si no tenemos coches no los vamos a pintar. Ni una disculpa, ni un intento de ayuda, ni una recomendacion. La falta de educacion y de profesionalidad es inaudita. Todos los perjuicios que nos ocasionaron los reclamaremos en el lugar correspondiente. Ojo con esta empresa. Jamas me habian atendido con tanto desprecio, falta de profesionalidad y falta de educacion. UNA VERGUENZA Y UN TRATO DENIGRANTE. Una reserva confirmada con numero de reserva. Por cierto, he editado la resena para informar que siempre contestan con un enlace que no lleva a ninguna parte y no hay posibilidad de contactar con ellos ni reclamar. Es una respuesta automatica.

Do they ever pick the phone up here ?? The place is dead and and out of 48 Attempts to call them they have picked up 2 times. Now the problem is they owe me over PS200 pound. It's been almost 20 days, I've had a certificate of refund sent to my email address But no money put into my account. They guy who I spoke to assured me that he would make an investigation and email me his findings but I've heard nothing. They never had the car we asked for so gave us a lesser option, we also took the car back a day early so therefore we are owed over PS200. In short absolutely terrible customer service and a office that's dead but never picks the phone up, just what are these people doing in there. Useless. Avoid at all cost.
If hiring a car is this simple in Spain then why haven't we done it before. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. The cars are very clean and all like new. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a Seat Leon which was automatic. Great result as we drove through the mountains and the automatic gearbox was perfect for this type of terrain. I can definately recommend this company and especially from this particular car rental address
