concernant l'agence de location mais surtout le service client Avis : Tres mauvaise experience et le personnel que nous avons eu au telephone est execrable. je recois des prelevements mensuels sans aucun motif ! impossible de les joindre, lorsque l'on a enfin un interlocuteur au telephone il vous raccroche au nez car << je ne suis pas son client >> simplement car le nom sur le contrat est celui de mon collegue et non le mien, c'est pour autant moi qui ai paye a deux reprises la location de vehicule et qui ecope de prelevements chaque mois ! A fuir, des escrocs. On ne m'a jamais precise que mon empreinte bancaire serait conservee pendant 2 ans !!J'attends mon remboursement de 67,76EUR

Despues de estar pidiendo la factura durante unos meses, en atencion al cliente nos la niegan, se lavan las manos y nos dicen que la pidamos a la plataforma en la cual se gestiono el alquiler, les comentamos que no disponemos informacion de en que pagina se hizo y nos niegan esa informacion ni nos ayudan en nada. Aclaracion esta resena no va dirigida a la persona encargada de la oficina de Ciudad Real, 5 estrellas para esta persona, la resena va dirigida para Avis Espana y en concreto atencion al cliente. David mande un correo electronico y le mandare el numero de contrato directamente, ya he empleado mucho tiempo de un lado a otro, como para dar mas tumbos por las redes sociales, no de todos modos en su oficina de ciudad real, creo que saben del tema

Esa llamada nunca llega. -El dia antes de tener que recoger el coche llamo yo y me dicen que no confirman la reserva. -EL DINERO ME LO COBRARON UN AUN NO ME LO HAB DEVUELTO. -Hay que llamar atencion al cliente y solo te contesta un robot que te marea. NI SI FUERA LA ULTIMA EMPRESA DE ALQUILER LA VOLVERIA A USAR.

No suelo publicar resenas; aun menos resenas negativas, pero ha llegado un momento que ya estoy realmente cansado. Os comento mi caso. Antes de empezar tengo que aclarar que soy asiduo a realizar alquileres de coches en Ciudad Real (sobre todo en Europcar y Enterprise) por asuntos laborales. El caso que un companero de trabajo me recomendo esta empresa de alquiler de coches (AVIS) la cual salia algo mas barata que las anteriormente citadas. Como de costumbre hago la reserva, llego al hotel cumbria de Ciudad Real donde tiene la oficina para recoger el coche y tramitar papeleo y demas. No exagero que estuve algo mas de 30 minutos de tiempo para finalizar el contrato, tuve que dar unas 10 veces mis datos porque segun el trabajador no iba bien el sistema o no se que, al igual que la fianza, tuve que pasar varias veces la tarjeta de credito y tuve suerte de ser el primero en llegar porque detras mia habia una cola de mas de 5 personas. A continuacion y supongo que por el volumen de trabajo me dan las llaves del coche y una breve explicacion de donde esta situado el coche, ya que el parking de la empresa esta situado fuera del recinto, cerca de un parque cercano, mas concretamente es un parking publico. Una vez consigo encontrar el coche a partir de aqui todo normal. Esto como ya he comentado fue el dia 27. El dia 29 vuelvo para dejar el coche, al ser un parking publico y en las fechas que eran tuve que dar varias vueltas para poder estacionar el coche, ya que estaba todo el parking ocupado, ya que no tienen plazas reservadas para la empresa. Una vez aparcado, dejo las llaves en el buzon y hasta aqui algo "normal". El problema llega con la DEVOLUCION DE LA FIANZA; ya que han pasado 15 dias desde que cogi el coche y a dia de hoy siguen sin devolverme dicha fianza. Decido ponerme en contacto con AVIS Ciudad Real y me comentan que es algo normal la tardanza y sobre todo por los dias festivos de por medio (Aqui hago un inciso, porque como he comentado antes he realizado bastantes alquileres en Enterprise y Europcar y la fianza solian devolverla no mas tarde de 3 dias. Contando festivos, fines de semana y dias laborables). Contando los dias laborables de por medio han sido 7 en total a dia de hoy. Vuelvo a ponerme en contacto con ellos y me van variando la respuesta (7 dias,10 dias, 28 dias de devolucion...) Incluso me dicen que me ponga en contacto con atencion al cliente, cundo son ellos los que tienen que tramitarlo. Lo unico que he conseguido hasta ahora es un correo electronico de atencion al cliente diciendome que si hay problemas pasado 28 dias con la devolucion de la fianza que envie un extracto bancario del cobro de la fianza. Terminando ya, os comento que por experiencia esto es unas situacion ilogica. Poca responsabilidad y sobre todo y lo mas importante. Una fianza de 110EUR que sigue "en el aire". Con esto no quiero hacer comparativas odiosas ni reprochar nada a nadie. Solo quiero que sean claros y directos y que por favor se me devuelva la fianza (aunque creo que no va a ser tan facil). Dicho esto si la situacion sigue igual, tendre que poner las medidas necesarias.

I decide to contact AVIS Ciudad Real and they tell me that the delay is normal and especially because of the holidays involved (I make a point here, because as I have mentioned before I have made quite a few rentals with Enterprise and Europcar and the deposit used to be return it no later than 3 days. I contact them again and they vary the response (7 days, 10 days, 28 days return...) They even tell me to contact customer service, when they are the ones who have to process it.
