Parking seguro. Dejamos el coche alli 16 dias y no tuvimos ningun problema. Patricio muy atento, nos llevo y recogio del aeropuerto sin tener que esperar de mas. Repetiremos.
Secure parking. We left the car there for 16 days and had no problems. Patricio was very attentive, he took us to and picked us up from the airport without having to wait too long. We will repeat.
Trato vergonzoso. Reserve con un mes de antelacion, y avise que tenia que estar en el aeropuerto a las 4am, me dijo que sin problema que llamase 15 min antes de llegar. A 15 de llegar, llamo a Patricio y me dice "estamos llenos, llama a otro sitio". Eran las 4 menos cuarto, pleno puente y todos los parkings llenos, nos dejo tirados. No lo recomiendo nada.
Shameful treatment. I booked a month in advance, and I warned that I had to be at the airport at 4am, he told me without a problem to call 15 minutes before arriving. 15 minutes from arriving, I call Patricio and he tells me "we are full, call somewhere else." It was a quarter to 4, the bridge was in full swing and all the parking lots were full, it left us stranded. I don't recommend it at all.
I never experienced something like this in my life!! The most unprofessional rent a car company I've ever see and experienced. Actually they are scammer!! To the unfriendly owner on the phone whome it may concern, we booked a car with extra insurance for one day from this company WIFI Car Rent a Car and payed in advanced. But when we wanted to pick up the car we've been told that the car is not available. The owner said that it was a IT- Problem of the website. But he couldnt show us any prove that there was a problem. Instead of giving us another car without additionally fees - what acutally every good business man would do - he wanted us to pay 30 Euro further fee for another car. At this moment we already have paid 33 Euros. Furthermore he rejected to give our money back!!! We had to drive to the airport (Uber and Bus) and back without a car. The office was not really a office. It was a small cabin out in the pampa. I would never recommend ANYONE to book a car trough this company!

HUID DE AQUI!!!! SERVICIO LAMENTABLE Y VERGONZOSO!!!! Llamo por telefono 3 veces mientras espero en la puerta y ni cogen el telefono, a la 4 consigo hablar con alguien. Nos tienen mas de 40 minutos esperando en la puerta a ver si aparece alguien, el hombre que nos atendio a la llegada mal educado, de mala gana con todo, contestandonos y yo diria que hasta vacilandonos... y encima nos cobra 5EUR "de nocturnidad" lo cual no pone en ningun sitio que se cobre nocturnidad. Los coches de traslado al aeropuerto estan sucios y destrozados. Me parece una verguenza que sitios como este esten en funcionamiento.
FLEE FROM HERE!!!! REGRETTABLE AND SHAMEFUL SERVICE!!!! I call on the phone 3 times while I wait at the door and they don't even pick up the phone, on the 4th I manage to talk to someone. They have us waiting at the door for more than 40 minutes to see if someone appears, the man who greeted us upon arrival was rude, reluctant with everything, answering us and I would say that he even hesitated... and on top of that he charges us EUR5 for the night " which does not say anywhere that night charges are charged. The airport transfer cars are dirty and destroyed. I find it a shame that sites like this are in operation.
Very reasonable price (35 Euro for two weeks), shuttle to and from the airport, drivers very nice and hardworking, had great trouble in trying to find the place to leave the car, Google kept sending us down the wrong road. Follow the signs for 'larga estancia', that should help. Note: the cheapest and the normal price car parks are different locations! A phone call sorted us out. Don't know if they speak any English though..?
Experiencia nefasta, el senor que te lleva, es super desagradable. Casi 3 cuartos de hora para que nos llevara al aeropuerto, por poco perdemos el vuelo y a la vuelta lo llamamos y justo antes de salir a la zona de recogida, se marcho y nos hizo esperar otros 25 minutos a que volviera a venir. A todo eso hay que anadir la formar tan despectiva en la que atiende en telefono y te habla. No volveremos a contratar este servicio.
Disastrous experience, the man who takes you is super unpleasant. Almost 3 quarters of an hour for him to take us to the airport, we almost missed the flight and on the way back we called him and just before leaving for the pick-up area, he left and made us wait another 25 minutes for him to come back. Todo genial. Era la primera ver que contratabamos este servicio y no sera la ultima. Es super comodo y nos fuimos de viaje dejando el coche en buenas manos. Patricio es super amable y campechano. No se si sera el dueno de la empresa, pero si no es asi, se toma el negocio como si fuese suyo, cumpliendo horarios al pie de la letra y haciendote sentir como de la familia. !Gracias Patricio por cuidar de nuestro coche y de nosotros como lo has hecho! !Volveremos seguro a hacer uso de tu servicio! Everything great. It was the first time we hired this service and it won't be the last. It is super comfortable and we went on a trip leaving the car in good hands. Patricio is super friendly and friendly. I don't know if he is the owner of the company, but if not, he takes the business as if it were his, keeping schedules to the letter and making you feel like family.
