Seit diesem Jahr : Katastrophe!!!(2018,2019,2022,2023 nicht) Man bucht einen Wagen, vereinbart eine Zeit und wenn man den Wagen abholen mochte, dann wird deine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert!!! Sobald du Debit auf deiner Karte stehen hast , wird diese abgelehnt! Wir wurden bei Reservierung nicht darauf hingewiesen, da standen wir nun und konnten unsere Ausfluge nicht machen!!!! Bei allen anderen Autovermietungen ist das kein Problem, nur diese lehnt es ab. Nie wieder !!!! Bei Avis und Europcar war es kein Problem. Haltet euch an diese !
Since this year: catastrophe!!!(not in 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023) You book a car, agree on a time and when you want to pick up the car your credit card is not accepted!!! As soon as you have debit on your card, it will be declined! We weren't informed of this when we made the reservation, so there we were and couldn't go on our excursions!!!! This is not a problem with all other car rental companies, only this one refuses it. Never again !!!! It wasn't a problem with Avis and Europcar. Stick to these!

Ich muss hier einen Stern vergeben. Anmietung habe ich uber Sunny Cars gebucht, am Abholtag war eine Ubergabe nicht moglich da meine Visa Debitkarte nicht akzeptiert wurde. Auch der Hinweis meiner Bank das es sich trotzdem um eine Kreditkarte handelt war nicht ausreichend. Da muss in Zukunft nachgebessert werden. Und als kronender Abschluss wurde das vorab gezahlte Geld seitens Albitana auch noch einbehalten. Kein Auto und Geld weg! Kundenfreundlich sieht anders aus. In Zukunft nie wieder bei Albitana. Da ist die Konkurrenz schon erheblich weiter.
I have to give this one star. I booked the rental through Sunny Cars, but handover was not possible on the day of pickup because my Visa debit card was not accepted. My bank's advice that it was still a credit card wasn't enough. This needs to be improved in the future. And to top it all off, Albitana also withheld the money that had been paid in advance. No car and money gone! Customer-friendly looks different. Never again at Albitana in the future. The competition is already considerably more advanced.
Problemlose Abwicklung. Haben einen Citroen C3 inkl. Kindersitz gebucht fur 2 Tage. Das Auto wurde uns sogar ins Hotel gebracht. Der Preis war mit ca. 170EUR fur die Hauptsaison ok. Aufgrund der Vollkasko Versicherung wollte die Vermietung keine Schaden/Kratzer protokollieren, worauf wir aber bestanden haben. Das sollte man immer machen, egal wie das Auto versichert ist. Bei der Ubergabe gab es aber keine Beanstandungen und die Kaution wurde sofort zuruck uberwiesen.
Hassle-free transaction. We booked a Citroen C3 including a child seat for 2 days. The car was even brought to our hotel. The price was ok at around EUR170 for the high season. Due to the fully comprehensive insurance, the rental company did not want to record any damage/scratches, but we insisted on this. You should always do this, regardless of how the car is insured. There were no complaints during the handover and the deposit was transferred back immediately.
Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter, der Leihwagen war tiptop in Ordnung. Es wurde nicht versucht, wie bei anderen Vermietungen schon oft erlebt, einem ein teureres Fahrzeug aufzuquatschen. Die Ruckzahlung der einbehaltenen Kaution hat problemlos geklappt.
Very friendly and competent staff, the rental car was in perfect order. There was no attempt, as has often been the case with other rental companies, to sell you a more expensive vehicle. The refund of the retained deposit went smoothly.
Please do not use this car rental company if you are not using an EUR bank account as they will "charge" the deposit instead of "blocking" it. Once they release the block it'll be you losing money due to the exchange rate. I never heard of a less customer friendly approach. After renting cars for more than 30 years, they never actually "charged" but "blocked" the deposit, then releasing the block after the car is returned and checked that all is in order. When pointing this out to the personnel, they behave defensively instead of showing empathy and understanding. Not to use again.
