I would absolutely recommend this rent a car company as it doesn't include any hidden extra payments, it is very transparent, the hire is quick and the customer service was outstanding. Beside I loved it that it was at the airport and has easy access.

I've been lucky to have received the best customer service twice now, at Granada airport. The same lady who processed my reservation last September and this week has gone above and beyond to help out, making my experience with OK Mobility in Granada equal to none with regards to car rental.
Never rent with this office. I had full insurance and they still overcharged me for nothing and overcharged the deposit for no issue. They are just looking for any way to get money and will SCAM you. Many hidden fees. Do NOT rent with them!!!
Very fast and efficient service, I received a free upgrade to a BMW 1 series. Can not fault these guys in anyway, and I will definitely be using them again now going forward. I wouldn't even bother looking for a different provider. Thank you so much for making my trip that little bit extra special with complete peace of mind. Extremely happy customer.
We had a 5* experience with OK Mobility. They are located right at the arrivals exit and the cars are based in very close proximity to the arrivals building. We were offered a larger car for the family which was very comfortable. Customer service and processing was very smooth and efficient. Really enjoyed the whole experience with OK Mobility. Would strongly recommend!

I had the pleasure of renting the Cupra Formentor from OK Mobility, and it was an outstanding experience overall. The vehicle's comfort was truly impressive, providing a smooth ride that handled corners with ease. Driving this car felt like a dream, and it performed flawlessly in various conditions. The customer service from OK Mobility was quick and efficient. The staff clearly explained all the details, making the entire process transparent and stress-free. Their professionalism added to the enjoyment of the rental experience. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The lane-keeping assist was not working, and the vehicle's screen wash tank was not topped up. Though these were small inconveniences, they didn't detract much from an otherwise excellent experience. I would highly recommend OK Mobility and the Cupra Formentor to anyone looking for a premium driving experience paired with top-notch service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and aside from a few minor details, my rental was flawless.
