The Enterprise Uptown location workers were a blessing in my time of stress from a very unfortunate circumstance I had to deal with. From checking out a car with a worker named Daphine, she was so friendly, helpful and understanding. I appreciated her excellent customer service and admired how well she multitasked with all the various customers who were there. The Uptown (Charlotte,NC) location was the only place out of 3 others I had called that said they had a car in stock in my price range. Checking my car in was such a breeze by the worker named Jacob. He was also friendly and explained everything and it was a fast process. Now onto the car. The car I was given was a Toyota Corolla. It was clean and ran well and I even felt a little sad turning her in. But I'm thankful again for Enterprise helping in a time I really needed it. God bless.
The entire staff at the Tyron St location is rude. I can't believe the hassle I've had with my Enterprise rental! I traveled from Raleigh to Charlotte with a confirmed rental car reservation, only to arrive and find out they didn't have a car for me. How can I have a status = confirmed reservation and no vehicle available?????? I got fed a lot of BS at the store.. since they did not have a phone number on file they could not call me to inform me. Well, why does your system allow bookings without a phone number?? Also if you do not have a car available then why did you not cancel the booking together??? This is malpractice, and tomorrow I am talking to my legal team about suing your store manager, area manager, and Enterprise as a whole for malpractice. I checked a lot of google reviews of this store, and a lot of people have complained about the same issue. This malpractice has been going on for a long time here.
Reserved a dodge challenger with these guys . On the rental day 10/04 my reserved vehicle wasn't available, for caused inconvenience they offered me a different vehicle, plus said no worries about bringing it back with full tank. Not just they gave me a car that belongs on a junk yard, but they had also charged me double for an empty gasoline tank. Also their customer service is impossible to reach. These company doesn't hold its word. AVOID at any cost.
Enterprise gets an 100 Plus from me because they were Outstanding. Upon receiving my rental car i was well pleased. The associates were extremely courteous, kind, and caring. They made my time with them personal. They made certain i understood everything i needed to know during and after my return as well as picking me up both times. Im grateful and appreciate such professionalism. Kudos S Tryon Branch. Keep up the good work.
My sister rented a vehicle for me due to unfortunate circumstances and listed me as a driver. Every time I call I get this one representative, a lady, who's nasty and rude. I wish I could recall her name. I asked for an extension on a contract and was treated like I was attempting to do something fraudulent. Meanwhile, the location that I rented from in Dallas has been nothing but helpful and trying to find solutions to keep me from driving back to Dallas to renew an agreement. I understand rules and would definitely be more in agreement if I weren't met with suspicions from the start. I was doing more to find solutions than the branch. I offered to present my ID (my sister would do so in TX as well), asked if they could do the inspection for the Dallas branch, just for two Enterprises to work together to help during this time. I have never been treated this way by an Enterprise. There are always exceptions and given that there is no reason to be suspicious to begin with, I have to rate their customer service one star. I'd go negative if I could. Let's not forget I was asked by this location to drive back to Dallas, with the flooding and aftermath from Hurricane Helen in Atlanta. This was the resolve after speaking with the manager.
Horrible experience. We booked a car rental in advance. Our flight got delayed and we ended up in Charlotte Airport later than expected. We checked our reservation and we're told it was still good. Got to the counter and they told us we don't have a reservation because it was not 48 hrs in advance and they wouldn't rent us a car. So we were stuck in Charlotte. We will try some else in the future.
The car rental process was pretty simple! The SUV met my expectations the third row gave us enough room for our trip! It was clean when we got it and the customer service staff was amazing. Thank you, definitely will be renting from this location again
My experience with Enterprise was AWESOME. they pulled around a FULLY loaded Chrysler Pacifica & it was by far the best rental I've ever had. I didn't want to give it up. The pick up & drop off was smooth. The car was immaculate. Got my deposit back in 24 hours. I was spoiled. The two gentlemen that helped me were so nice, positive , & excited to assist. I'm coming back to this location because of them & their selection of cars. This rental made my trip from Charlotte to Florida like i was on a 1st class flight. Def recommend, i don't have one negative thing to say. I'll be back in July. Thank you !!!!
