Rent at your own risk. Scam artists with technology honey. Rented a vehicle paid for extension online. Honey do you know they over charged my card. Denied me rental service and said yeah the online system is wrong how ma'am or sir. Then Ms.Julia calls me and made up three lies got upset when given proof always save texts emails and calls. You reap what you sow. Peace and blessings!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived on time for my rental, but they clearly were not prepared at all. There was no sense of urgency, and it felt like the staff moved to the beat of their own drum. No accommodation was made for the delay, which was a huge inconvenience for me. If you have any sort of time-sensitive plans, don't rely on this location to get you a car when promised. I expect better, and I won't be renting from here again. Sigh.

Julia needs customer service training at minimum. I received a filthy, smelly vehicle along with zero assistance or understanding at a time of great distress. I texted my displeasure and was told to come switch into an Acadia, however, when I arrived the car was no longer available. I informed them this poor experience would be reflected in their review, Julia then placed herself between the car door and the vehicle preventing me from leaving. If you have the ability rent a vehicle from anywhere else do yourself that favor.

Absolutely LOVE this team. They were by far the nicest and most accommodating Enterprise I have ever gone to. I checked a few others out before and they couldn't be bothered to help. Everyone in this office is super sweet and happy to help. Can tell the team enjoy one another's company and as a result give great care to everyone who comes in. Highly recommend this location anytime anyone needs a rental car!

I got myself into a pinch and happened to need a rental in a quick hurry. Julia and her staff were there exactly when I needed them. They were very respectful and informative when speaking on the phone and in person. Even in my difficult situation and their busy and hectic environment, they were attentive to each guest and made sure that I was able to leave in a vehicle within the hour. Lena performed my walk around and was very thorough in letting me know all of the stipulations that came with using the vehicle, so I wouldn't be surprised when I returned the vehicle. I wanted to share my feedback through the survey link, but I unfortunately did not receive one.

Ok. My company rented this SUV for me. It is a 2021 VW Turaug. To all you inconsiderate people that like to smoke cigarettes, cigars, and those stinky blunts in cars will you once in your life just stop and be more considerate of the folks that do not smoke or have respiratory issues. The VW smelled like a blunt ashtray! The eyeglass holder button was broke so it would not stay closed. The sensors that detects things that are near the vehicle was not working proper because the yellow caution light said so. And I had to tell them to wash the car. At least the inside was clean. And I don't know whose fault it was with the gas tank being under 1/4 tank At least I don't have to bring it back full The remainder of the customer service was great.

First, the vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke, which made for an unpleasant driving experience. In addition to the smell, I noticed burn holes in the driver s seat, visible scratches on the exterior, scraped rims, and a dirty passenger seat with brown stains. There was also a tear in the carpet behind the driver s seat. Finally, the windshield washer fluid warning light was on, indicating that the vehicle had not been thoroughly serviced or inspected before being issued. Additionally, I was charged an additional $2.43 per day as a copay because the car I rented cost $32.43 per day, exceeding the $30.00 daily allowance I was allotted. While I understand the necessity of this charge, the vehicle provided was the only option available, leaving me with little choice but to accept it. Given how busy I was at the time, I could not return the vehicle to address the issue. While I accept responsibility for the additional charge, I believe the poor condition of the car warranted a discount or alternative accommodation. As filthy as the car was, offering some compensation or adjustment to the rate would have been a reasonable gesture of goodwill. I appreciate the efforts Enterprise makes to accommodate its customers, and I hope this feedback helps the company maintain its commitment to exceptional service. Good luck getting a car here. 3 people, including myself were turned away for reservations made months ahead of time. I was appalled when it was happening to me and then while we stood in the lobby trying to find alternative reservations elsewhere, we heard them turn away the 2 other parties. Staff were rude, not apologetic and confrontational when I inquired what they were going to do to correct the problem. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Great website,user friendly..I did everything online..picked the car up and returned the car at Enterprise 5925 North Tryon Street ,Charlotte,NC.Ashton was the Enterprise representative who was personable,helpful and professional. The car had a tire problem and required an exchange in Virginia which was no problem.I will use Enterprise again and will definitely utilize the 5925 North Tryon office again.I highly recommend

I have come here twice and even after reserving a car, they refused to give the car to me. If the car was not available, an email should ve been sent to me. Maya, the customer representative was extremely rude and was not not accommodating at all. She didn t even apologise for not giving us a car that we had BOOKED.

They are advertising cars they do not have available. My car is not safe to drive and cannot get service until March 7 on that so I reserved a car online with this location with the I intention of walking to it from work (it was at least two miles), since Uber costs are ridiculously expensive for short drives in the city. The woman at this location calls me when I m a quarter of a mile from the place to tell me they have no cars. No offer to transfer me to anyone else, no offer to transfer the reservation, and she has an attitude when I asked. She was useless and so was this experience
