Holi, buenas noches. Alquile un SEAT Ibiza hace poco, la verdad que todo genial, el coche practicamente nuevo sin ninguna sorpresa cuando me dijeron la finanza uno porque ya lo ves en la misma pagina lo que te toca poner, maravillosa la atencion al cliente, yo era la primera vez que alquilaba y no estaba segura de con que empresa hacerlo porque cuando vas no te ponen la fianza que te toca poner como retencion hasta que devuelves el vehiculo. En cambio, con esta empresa era todo sin chascos cuando llegabas a recoger el coche, super atentos y resolvieron todas mis dudas antes de alquilar que llame y en todo momento me contesto, y cuando devolvi el coche se adaptaron a mis horarios por un imprevisto lo devolvi solo dos horas mas tarde de la hora que yo seleccione la devolucion del coche y super atentos dandome soluciones si no me encontraba con ellos porque estarian ocupados a la hora que yo ya me habia pasado para entregar el coche, asi que me dieron la opcion y todo de dejarlo dentro del Mercadona y darselo a los que trabajan en Seul que los conocen, yo encontre justo en la esquina parking asi que ni entre se lo dije al de Seul se lo ensene porque estaba visible al salir de ese concesionario, asi que tambien super simpaticos le di l llave al chico que me comentaron. Practicamente hable sobre mis dudas de alquiler con Alberto antes de hacerlo definitivamente por la web, super simpatico al igual que Jordi en cuanto recogimos el coche nos transmitieron mucha confianza su atencion al cliente. Alquilaria muchas veces mas con esta empresa y el seguro Pro super economico, lo cogimos porque quisimos sin obligacion, ya te lo pone cuanto es la fianza con el seguro y sin, pero sabes la cantidad por lo menos sin sorpresas en lo que se pone total deposito que es lo que te retendrian como fianza al recoger el coche, asi que fantastico todo aguanto hasta Ribes su kilometraje (1h y media); una experiencia fantastica y segura. On the other hand, with this company everything went smoothly when you arrived to pick up the car, they were super attentive and answered all my questions before renting. I called and they answered me at all times, and when I returned the car they adapted to my schedules due to an unforeseen event. I returned only two hours later than the time I selected to return the car and they were super attentive giving me solutions if I didn't meet them because they would be busy at the time I had already gone to deliver the car, so they gave me the option and all about leaving it inside the Mercadona and giving it to those who work in Seoul who know them, I found a parking lot right on the corner so I didn't even tell the guy in Seoul about it because it was visible when leaving that dealership, so Also super nice, I gave the key to the guy they told me about. I practically talked about my rental doubts with Alberto before finally doing it online, super friendly, as was Jordi. As soon as we picked up the car, they gave us a lot of confidence in their customer service. I would rent many more times with this company and the super cheap Pro insurance, we took it because we wanted to without obligation, it already tells you how much the deposit is with the insurance and without, but you know the amount at least without surprises in what the total is deposit, which is what they would retain as a deposit when you pick up the car, so everything was fantastic until Ribes and its mileage (1 hour and a half); a fantastic and safe experience. Supero mis expectativas en todos los aspectos. Su servicio fue excelente destacando la atencion al cliente y la gran seleccion de vehiculos. El proceso de reserva fue rapido y sencillo, y el estado del coche que alquile era impecable. Ademas, destacaria su puntualidad en la entrega y devolucion del vehiculo, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Tambien demostraron flexibilidad al adaptarse a mis cambios de horario. El equipo de atencion al cliente fue profesional y servicial en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaria esta empresa a otros y volveria a utilizar sus servicios en el futuro. Adjunto imagines del estado del vehiculo donde se puede observar que los vehiculos son nuevos y estan en excelentes condiciones.

Muy mala atencion al cliente y servicio de alquiler de coches en Cerdanyola. No contestan al telefono de la oficina, nunca estan disponibles a la hora que lo necesitas. Me ha pasado varias veces de alquilar un coche y que este no estuviera alli en la hora y lugar en el que deberia estar aparcado y a consecuencia, tener que esperar alli mas de media hora para que viniera alguien con un coche. Cuando alquilas un coche por pocas horas, te quitan de tu cuenta una cantidad de dinero exagerada (entre 200 i 300 euros) y lo peor es que tardan una o dos semanas en hacerte el ingreso de nuevo. Los hombres que trabajan en Cerdanyola son bastante impresentables y mal educados. No lo recomiendo, no son de fiar.
Very poor customer service and car rental service in Cerdanyola. They don't answer the office phone, they are never available when you need them. It has happened to me several times that I rented a car and it was not there at the time and place where it should be parked and as a result, having to wait there for more than half an hour for someone to come with a car. When you rent a car for a few hours, they take an exaggerated amount of money from your account (between 200 and 300 euros) and the worst thing is that it takes one or two weeks to make the deposit again. The men who work in Cerdanyola are quite unpresentable and poorly educated. I don't recommend it, they are not trustworthy.
