Un 10. Me atendieron fenomenal, todo super claro y bien explicado. La furgoneta super, una Mercedes que iba como un tiro. A la entrega todo estupendo y sin ningun problema. Sin duda lo recomiendo y seguire utilizando a furgotur cuando necesite alquilar un vehiculo. A destacar el trato humano con el cliente.

Te intentan estafar de cualquier manera, con los kilometros, con la distancia, con el tiempo contratado, con los danos, etc etc Y no, no me he equivocado de empresa, soy de Catarroja y he usado dos veces sus servicios. La primera me intentaron enganar con unos danos que tenia la furgoneta, menos mal que soy previsor y siempre que alquilo algo hago fotos de todo. Y la segunda, me pase 3 kilometros de lo acordado y con las prisas ni lo comprobe, pero me cobraron casi el doble de lo que hablamos, de 30EUR que me dijeron, me cobraron 60EUR. Como dicen otros usuarios, muy bien a la hora de contratar, y precios "buenos", pero CUIDADO, a la hora de pagar, no se dejen enganar.
