Save your time and energy and DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. Arrived after 15+ hours of travel to be told that they did not have any cars -- for a reservation that I made weeks ago, already paid for, and checked-in for. At no point in the lead up to arrival did they even attempt to forewarn me that there might be an issue -- instead, I received "how to pick up your rental car" and "check-in now to save time at pick-up" emails. Then, after telling me they had no cars, they did not even make an attempt to assist in finding another rental company that might have cars nor would they guarantee to cover any excess costs associated with paying on-site for a new rental from another company. They were perfectly willing to let me (a solo female traveler no less) be stranded at the airport, 50KM+ from where I was supposed to go. So irresponsible. Thank goodness for Hello! Rentacar next door that did have cars (at a better rate no less!) -- so maybe rent from them instead. If it was possible, I'd give this company and the employees working that day zero stars and if there is a Spanish equivalent of a better business bureau, I will be filing a complaint.

Worst car rental experience I've ever had, and from a reputable company.** Rented a car for Saturday at 2 PM. I stand in front of a closed door because the rental office closes at 1 PM (at an airport!!!). No key box, no notice in the reservation, by email, or phone that pickup at the specified time is not possible. Back to the terminal, begging taxi drivers until someone finally takes us to the apartment with children and no child seats. Next day: I call Enterprise customer service to make sure I can at least pick up the vehicle today, a day later. They confirm it. From the apartment, I take a taxi back to the rental station. I've been waiting in line for 2.5 hours, at the counter is a helplessly overwhelmed employee. A customer loudly suspects that there aren't enough cars. The house of cards collapses, the employee can no longer hide that there are no cars for several customers. I am told my order was canceled, even though I already paid. I should have picked up the car yesterday... A very bad joke. Go to Goldcar next door, you might pay a bit more, but you'll be served professionally and quickly.

Like many other customers, Enterprise ruined my trip. They did not stay open when my flight was delayed, and somehow managed to rent the van I reserved within an hour of opening and refused to give me any other comparable van. The office manager rude and unhelpful, and the customer service agent I called was nice, but also unhelpful. Avoid this agency!!!

We reserved and paid in advance for an automatic. When we arrived, we were asked if a manual was ok. We emphatically said we did not know how to drive a manual and needed the car we reserved - the agent smiled and said ok. We signed all the paperwork, were given keys, and were led to our car. Only after loading all our bags into the car did we notice it was a manual. We unloaded everything, and returned to the front desk to tell the agent there was a mistake and that we were given the wrong car. He told us they didn't have any automatics available. We returned the keys and had to find a different rental company last minute. The agent was working alone, and it was a bit hectic - but this is inexcusable service by any definition. It should also be noted that this rental company doesn't have a spot inside the airport - you have to walk 250 meters across the airport to get to it. Not a big deal if you know what to expect, but it was not advertised at the time of reservation.

Great experience with Enterprise at Asturias airport. Their office is a just a two-minute walk from the terminal so you'll miss the long queues at the terminal located providers . Lovely staff and a quick turnaround.

I came to pick up my car with a confirmed reservation from Wisecars. The lady at the counter informed me that my rental has been cancelled. I checked my email and no email was sent to inform me from Wisecars or Enterprise that my booking had been cancelled. This car rental company is not reliable, it seems that they cancel your booking last minute without contacting you. Now I am being told that they don't have complaints form (a legal obligation in Spain). They kept me waiting for over an hour to bring me a complaint form from a different location. I Gave 1 star because could not rate lower. I had to start my holidays paying much more for a last minute booking with a competitor car rental. Terrible experience, you would have been advised...

En marzo hicimos una reserva de una furgoneta (berlingo, partner, etc) para viajar en agosto y cual es nuestra sorpresa que al llegar alli nos quieren dar un renault arkana, en el cual no habia manera de meter 5 maletas ni la silla de la nina. El tema es que no disponen del vehiculo reservado, pero es que ni existe en su flota segun la chica que nos atendio. Al final despues de mucho pelear nos dieron algo superior a lo contratado, pero arruinaron nuestro inicio de vacaciones y no recomiendo en absoluto alquilar con esta empresa.

We called to ask why we had to do it, since we had paid all the insurance and, furthermore, if it could be debit since we had no credit. We had already paid 1000 (yes, they are quick to collect) and they told us in less than 24 hours. Pretty suspicious. I reviewed the conditions where it says that you can pay with debit and credit, I communicated it and they only told me that they were sorry, that they were not going to give it to us. I tried to find a solution, but they had no intention of working, only of collecting compensation. I called the offices and they told me that if they wanted they could accept the additional driver credit card. Obviously, they didnt feel like it. I cannot indicate who he was, since when I asked for his name he told me: I dont have to tell you my name. Furthermore, they had the nerve to say that it had never happened to them, but in the last call they confessed to me that it has happened to them quite a bit. Clear sign that the small print is written with bad intentions. A mockery towards the client never seen before. Solo nos respondieron: pues si venis no os podremos dar el coche, lo pone en las condiciones que te hubieras tenido que leer . Me quede a cuadros. Ya habiamos pagado 1000 (si que son rapidos en cobrar) y nos lo comunican en menos de 24 h. Bastante sospechoso. Revise las condiciones donde pone que se puede pagar con debito y credito, lo comunique y solo me decian que lo sentian, que no nos la iban a dar. Intente poner alguna solucion, pero no tenian ninguna intencion de trabajar, solo de cobrar la indemnizacion. Llame a las oficinas y me dijeron que si ellos querian podian aceptar la tarjeta de credito de conductor adicional. Obviamente, no les dio la gana. No puedo indicar quien era, ya que al preguntar el nombre me dijo: yo a usted no le tengo que decir mi nombre . Ademas, tuvieron la cara dura de decir que nunca les habia pasado, pero en la ultima llamada me confeso que les ha pasado bastante. Clara muestra de que la letra pequena esta escrita con mala intencion. Una mofa hacia al cliente nunca vista. Si os pasa: hoja de reclamaciones hasta que se dejen de reir de la gente, es solo un minuto (se puede presentar online). Por cierto, reservamos en una empresa cercana por la mitad de precio menos de 24 h antes, sin tarjeta de credito y sin ningun problema.

Me indico que no tenia coches para entregarme porque tenian todo cerrado, (aunque el mio debia estar preparado). (quizas el que no me entrego a mi),..Ahora deben reintegrarme un importe de lo cobrado y llevan un mes dandome largas. FATAL ENTERPRICE.

SCAMMERS. They canceled my car reservation made through booking one day before our vacation alleging a computer error through a crappy call, the woman didnt even know what to say but they washed their hands and said that it has to be booking who take charge when the ERROR is yours. It surely sounds like a lie that they have managed the reservation to sell the rental to someone more expensive. I made the reservation a month and a half in advance and two weeks before I confirmed the reservation with them directly by phone. Its a shame dont even think about booking with them.

They left us stranded a day before the trip. We had to be the ones to call because they didnt even bother to notify us that they didnt have transportation available. We contacted them to make sure everything was in order weeks after receiving confirmation from them that the reservation was made and everything was correct. Hours before starting the trip, they tell us that there is no vehicle and that there is no solution. We were forced to rent other transportation at the last minute, for double the money. They have not done their part, they have harmed us enormously and they are still causing problems to return the money. Either the customer service is terrible or they are straight up scammers. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Horas antes de empezar el viaje, nos dicen que no hay vehiculo y que no hay solucion. Nos vimos obligadas a alquilar otro transporte en el ultimo momento, por el doble de dinero. They called us the day before to tell us that they could NOT give us the car we had reserved, making cheap excuses and impediments to the entire process. For every possible solution we had, they gave us a different excuse. It turns out that they had already given the car to other people but they had not told us until the day before. Disastrous management and customer service, rude and hostile at all times, I had never seen it. I wouldnt deal with them again even if they paid for the entire trip next time. In the end we booked with another company in the area that understood our situation very well and helped us throughout the entire process, day and night.

Nos llamaron el dia de antes para decirnos que NO nos podian dar el coche que habiamos reservado, poniendo excusas baratas, impedimentos en todo el proceso. A cada posible solucion que teniamos nos ponian una excusa diferente. Resulta que ya le habian dado el coche a otras personas pero no nos lo habian dicho hasta el dia de antes. Nefasta gestion y trato con el cliente, maleducados y hostiles en todo momento, nunca lo habia visto. No volveria a tratar con ellos ni aunque me pagaran el viaje entero la proxima vez. Al final reservamos con otra empresa de la zona que entendio muy bien nuestra situacion y nos ayudo en todo el proceso, como dia y la noche.
