Save your time and energy and DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. Arrived after 15+ hours of travel to be told that they did not have any cars -- for a reservation that I made weeks ago, already paid for, and checked-in for. At no point in the lead up to arrival did they even attempt to forewarn me that there might be an issue -- instead, I received "how to pick up your rental car" and "check-in now to save time at pick-up" emails. Then, after telling me they had no cars, they did not even make an attempt to assist in finding another rental company that might have cars nor would they guarantee to cover any excess costs associated with paying on-site for a new rental from another company. They were perfectly willing to let me (a solo female traveler no less) be stranded at the airport, 50KM+ from where I was supposed to go. So irresponsible. Thank goodness for Hello! Rentacar next door that did have cars (at a better rate no less!) -- so maybe rent from them instead. If it was possible, I'd give this company and the employees working that day zero stars and if there is a Spanish equivalent of a better business bureau, I will be filing a complaint.
Worst car rental experience I've ever had, and from a reputable company.** Rented a car for Saturday at 2 PM. I stand in front of a closed door because the rental office closes at 1 PM (at an airport!!!). No key box, no notice in the reservation, by email, or phone that pickup at the specified time is not possible. Back to the terminal, begging taxi drivers until someone finally takes us to the apartment with children and no child seats. Next day: I call Enterprise customer service to make sure I can at least pick up the vehicle today, a day later. They confirm it. From the apartment, I take a taxi back to the rental station. I've been waiting in line for 2.5 hours, at the counter is a helplessly overwhelmed employee. A customer loudly suspects that there aren't enough cars. The house of cards collapses, the employee can no longer hide that there are no cars for several customers. I am told my order was canceled, even though I already paid. I should have picked up the car yesterday... A very bad joke. Go to Goldcar next door, you might pay a bit more, but you'll be served professionally and quickly.
We were given a top class service by Laura. She wasn't just helpful but also dropped us off to another branch, as we made our booking in the city branch by mistake. Big thanks to her!

Like many other customers, Enterprise ruined my trip. They did not stay open when my flight was delayed, and somehow managed to rent the van I reserved within an hour of opening and refused to give me any other comparable van. The office manager rude and unhelpful, and the customer service agent I called was nice, but also unhelpful. Avoid this agency!!!
We reserved and paid in advance for an automatic. When we arrived, we were asked if a manual was ok. We emphatically said we did not know how to drive a manual and needed the car we reserved - the agent smiled and said ok. We signed all the paperwork, were given keys, and were led to our car. Only after loading all our bags into the car did we notice it was a manual. We unloaded everything, and returned to the front desk to tell the agent there was a mistake and that we were given the wrong car. He told us they didn't have any automatics available. We returned the keys and had to find a different rental company last minute. The agent was working alone, and it was a bit hectic - but this is inexcusable service by any definition. It should also be noted that this rental company doesn't have a spot inside the airport - you have to walk 250 meters across the airport to get to it. Not a big deal if you know what to expect, but it was not advertised at the time of reservation.
Great experience with Enterprise at Asturias airport. Their office is a just a two-minute walk from the terminal so you'll miss the long queues at the terminal located providers . Lovely staff and a quick turnaround.
I came to pick up my car with a confirmed reservation from Wisecars. The lady at the counter informed me that my rental has been cancelled. I checked my email and no email was sent to inform me from Wisecars or Enterprise that my booking had been cancelled. This car rental company is not reliable, it seems that they cancel your booking last minute without contacting you. Now I am being told that they don't have complaints form (a legal obligation in Spain). They kept me waiting for over an hour to bring me a complaint form from a different location. I Gave 1 star because could not rate lower. I had to start my holidays paying much more for a last minute booking with a competitor car rental. Terrible experience, you would have been advised...
