Unique car rental was an absolutely fantastic company to rent from! The gentleman we dealt with was beyond amazing. It was an easy transaction for the rental car, and we were off. We messed up, and lost track of time which lead us to be late back to our cruise ship. The gentleman we dealt with was not only kind enough to arrange for vehicle return AT the cruise port, but also called security for us, on his behalf, to make sure that royal carribean knew that we were coming. The world needs more people like this. HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!

Have rented from Tall and Chad twice now this year, both times they have helped me out last minute and delivered the car to me - very helpful and always available when I called (even on a Sunday!). Also very flexible and accommodating with date/time changes. We had a couple of minor issues with the car this last time but absolutely nothing problematic and they arranged to quickly swap over the vehicle so I could continue driving. I will keep coming back to this business, recommend.
