From pickup to drop off, Garvin was exceptional in his service of providing our vehicle for the St. Lucia Carnival. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were provided and for this we are extremely grateful. Thank you Sixt.

Garvin met us at the airport and the handover was quick and seamless. We were able to change our drop off location at late notice and Garvin was there again for a quick exchange.
Gavin was wonderful, met us at the SLU airport, he had our car waiting for us, vehicle as requested, and happily went through all the information and paperwork with us. Gavin went above and beyond by having us follow him to a local international phone calling card location so we would have phone service on our trip. The drop off at UVF was seamless/easy.
Generally very good. I have rented a vehicle from Sixt St Lucia twice in the past year. The vehicle was on the airport when I arrived. The hand over on the airport took about 15 minutes. The vehicle was in good condition and close to the model I expected. The return was smooth with the driver waiting on the airport when I arrived. Overall, a good experience.

Sixt provided a good overall experience. The car had a brake issue (i think the brake pads needed to be changed, which was not a good thing for this terrain) but the office manager, Lorraine, sorted it out very quickly and provided a replacement vehicle within the timeframe she promised, since i was on the road when i noticed the issue and pulled aside and waited - her service was exceptional! The pick up and drop off attendants were not the best trained at customer service i.e. handling luggage for the guests etc. Especially since the car collection point was not the airport so we had to be shuttled to the car collection point which involved loading and unloading luggage then reloading luggage into the rental, this is usually of no concern to me since I can load my luggage with no issue but I rented a 7 seater since it was 6 of us. So loading 6 persons' luggage into the trunk of a SUV type vehicle (their choice of shuttle) required proper packing & the attendant could have been more helpful instead of sitting on his phone. But the attendants were polite and very knowledgeable aside from that 1 criticism. The car trunk was also sandy when we collected it- the attendant apologized for it but I did wonder how well cleaned/sanitized the car was (if at all). Note though that my star rating is 4 stars, so while I mentioned issues that can be improved on by Sixt I would still recommend Sixt for good value and making good on rectifying issues.
Didn't show up at the airport to drop off the car we'd booked, despite our booking online and calling in advance to confirm arrangements. Very disappointing. Update: about an hour after I posted this, Sixt's (very friendly) staff called me with a sincere apology for the mixup, and arranged to have a car delivered to our hotel at no cost to fix the problem. They were super friendly, apologetic, service oriented, and made it right - which I appreciate very much.
