I'm quite disappointed after my rental experience with this merchant. I've rent a car for one week in August. There was a small issue about a child seat, but it wasn't a big deal. However, I've been waiting for my deposit for one month now. I'm french, so I payed with a debt card instead of a credit card. My card has been debted and something went wrong with the security release. Altough I had severals answers to my claims from the rental, I can't understand why does it take so long ! I still have not received my deposit of $ 281. Fortunately, I took EP insurance and didn't have to pay more as deposit... Edit : I finally received my deposit. Thanks for your return. I wish you to be more efficient with tourists customers as it ain't comfortable at all to make claims from miles away.

I was satisfied with the rental company.
Don't expect an unmarked or factory fresh car but their service was fantastic and the staff were lovely. Special mention to Wendy who swapped our original car, which had a suspicious knock, with another within a few hours of reporting it. She drove straight to our hotel and was so lovely. The only thing I would say that you need to have a good head for heights driving in St Lucia!

Went all very smooth. Amie was amazing in communicating.
They deliver and return the car directly at the cruise port which is a nice feature. From the ship walk all the way though the terminal shopping to the front parking lot. That's where the car will be. The car was clean and good shape . The rental process was straight forward and normal. Always take lots of pictures of dings and scratches. We had no problems, but it is good habit to point the dings and scratches out to the rental employee. Good experience, no problems.
They wanted to deliver to cruise pier but did not come. We called them 2 times and they confirmed to be on the way. After 1 hour waiting we left. Can not recommend
Easiest car hire company.. just do it.
