Avoid at all costs, terrible experience. Booked a day trip to Lobos island, we were waiting early but the pickup never arrived, never phoned, never emailed. Eventually got someone on the phone who asked us to walk from our hotel to the office to sort out the issue. When we arrived, they refused to refund the price of the ticket (paid in full in advance). The girl in the shop was polite but had no authority to do anything other than sit there feeling awkward and explain that she would be fired if she gave us a refund. On the phone her co-workers and manager dismissed the issue, refused to refund the money for a trip that we never took, and hung up. Do not give these people any money, they don't operate the tours they're selling, and will do nothing if there is an issue. Under no circumstances should you pay them any money in advance for anything.
Muy recomendado. Tienen bien cuidados los equipos que alquilan y el servicio es fenomenal. Tambien dan buenas recomendaciones para disfrutar mejor el paseo.

Great rental place for bikes, scooters and other "get me around" things. Hired a couple of E-bikes and went off for the day. Zero issues with the bikes and friendly and helpful staff.

Me aloje en un hotel en Caleta de fuste y vi en el hotel que tenia publicidad de esta empresa .me puse en contacto por whatsapp y le reserve unas patinetas, que por cierto me las llevaron a la puerta del hotel y al finalizar me las recojieron en el mismo hotel . Las patinetas parecen nuevas son puntuales y el trato es excelente
I stayed in a hotel in Caleta de fuste and I saw in the hotel that it had advertising for this company. I got in touch by WhatsApp and reserved some skateboards, which by the way they took to the door of the hotel and at the end they picked them up for me. in the same hotel. The skateboards look like new, they are punctual and the service is excellent.
