Bester Service und prima Kommunikation! Sogar Bilder haben wir erhalten um den Ruckgabeort zu finden. So unkompliziert haben wir noch nie einen Mietwagen abgeholt und zuruck gegeben. Der Wagen entsprach genau der Buchung, war sauber und ohne Beschadigungen. Wir sind zwei Wochen prima damit uber die Insel gefahren. Gerne wieder! Danke fur den tollen Service!!!
Best service and great communication! We even received pictures to help us find the return location. We have never picked up and returned a rental car so easily. The car corresponded exactly to the booking, was clean and without any damage. We drove around the island in it for two weeks. Gladly again! Thanks for the great service!!!

Alles bestens! Die Abholung am Flughafen Fuerteventura hat wunderbar geklappt. Die (sehr freundliche) Mitarbeiterin von Avia Car hat auf uns, wie vereinbart, auf dem Parkplatz gewertet. Sie war uberpunktlich. Eine unkomplizierte Autoubergabe. Die Ruckgabe war noch unkomplizierter: einfach das Auto abstellen: ohne, dass es explizit in Emfpang genommen wird. Immer wieder gerne!
Everything fine! The pickup at Fuerteventura airport worked wonderfully. The (very friendly) Avia Car employee met us in the parking lot as agreed. She was over-punctual. An uncomplicated car handover. Returning the car was even more uncomplicated: simply park the car without explicitly receiving it. Always my pleasure!

Moja przygoda z ta firma przebiegla bardzo pozytywnie, auto bylo w stanie i technicznym i czystosci na wysokim poziomie, zamowilem samochod z automatu z hotelu ElbaSara. Dostarczyli pod hotel spod hotelu odebrali, nie szukali na sile uszkodzen by wyciagnac dodatkowe pieniadze. Polecam i napewno jeszcze skorzystam.
My experience with this company was very positive, the car was in good technical condition and cleanliness, I ordered a car from a vending machine at the ElbaSara hotel. They delivered it to the hotel and picked it up from the hotel, they didn't look for any damage to get extra money. I recommend it and will definitely use it again.
Der Mietwagen und die Konditionen waren sehr gut. Zu diesem Punkt und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhaltnis wurde ich funf Sterne geben. Ich hatte allerdings zwei Kindersitze dazu bestellt, die "Schrott" waren. Es gab kein ISOfix. Die Kindersitze konnten nicht gut festgemacht werden. Fur mich unsicher. Fur diesen zusatzliche Bestellung 0 Sterne = Insgesamt 3 (Mietvertrag wird, wie von anderen schon beschrieben, nicht in einem Buro unterzeichnet, sondern am Kofferraum des Mitarbeiters, Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Das wirkte unserios, hat aber funktioniert).
The rental car and the conditions were very good. On this point and the price-performance ratio, I would give it five stars. However, I had ordered two child seats that were "junk". There was no ISOfix. The child seats could not be secured well. Unsafe for me. For this additional order 0 stars = 3 overall (As others have already described, the rental agreement is not signed in an office, but rather in the employee's trunk, communication via WhatsApp. That seemed dubious, but it worked).
Die Mietfirma ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Auto war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Preis Leistung top. Allerdings haben die Ihr Buro in einem Kofferraum eines Mietwagens auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Flughafen. Dadurch schwer aufzufinden. Die Mitarbeiter senden dann aber per WhatsApp Ihren Standort zu.
The rental company is friendly and helpful. Our car was clean and in very good condition. Price performance top. However, they have their office in the trunk of a rental car in the parking lot in front of the airport. This makes it difficult to find. The employees then send your location via WhatsApp.
