Mi experiencia ha sido muy insatisfecha...dejo mi opel vivaro q me dejo de marcar la reserva del adblue y sabia q pasaba algo no es normal q pida la reserva y a los dos dia por arte de magia ya no...en fin. La dejo q lo miren y me comenta el JEFE DE TALLER JOSE MARIA q se cree q uno es un nino o q no esta en el mundo y aparte de gustarme los coches tengo curso y tal pero en fin me dice q no da na de fallo y q lo llene de adblue y q no pasa naaa...yo como es normal lo llevo a otra opel y me dicen q uno de los sensores de la unidad q no lee bien...en fin cambio de deposito en garantia..es decir q no dedican el tiempo q se merecen cada cliente y es mas cobrando aunque sea en garantia LO COBRANNN

Compre mi coche alli, hasta ese momento todo bien, hasta que tuve un accidente y me lo "repararon" ellos. Parte de pintura nada recomendable, tuve que llevar el coche 3 veces y estar mas de dos meses sin coche para que lo dejasen regular tirando a mal. Pintura con parches, desconchones, aranazos... etc. En la parte de mecanica, me lo dejaron con errores que lo mismo tuve que llevarlo otras tantas de veces (la bateria se fastidio en ese tiempo y no se hicieron responsable) y chapuzas como pegar con pegamento que ademas dejaron gotas saliendo de la parte de los interruptores de los elevalunas. Convulsion un desastre. No lo recomiendo para nada.

2 years ago, 2022, I bought an Opel Corsa 1.5 HDI registered in 2021, it had 68000 km. With its 3 years warranty (until 2024) and one year extension (until 2025). El pez que se muerde la cola 20 dias de reclamaciones tras reclamacioes y nada, que tengo que pagar yo esa averia que todo el mundo sabe que es un fallo directamente del fabricante. Sobre el vendedor, pues super amable para venderme el coche, tras esta averia, pues que deberia haber realizado la revision alli en el taller. Me vendio la moto, bien vendida. He hablado con otro concesionario Opel y me han indicado que si la senora Almudena, me hubiese gestionado adecuadamente y hubiese abierto ella el parte de garantia, que era su obligacion, seguramente me lo hubiesen arreglado porque es un fallo general, es mas los arbol de levas de opel estan agotados en todas partes. Pues tengo que poner una estrella porque no me deja ponerle ninguna. Por favor, no comprar ningun vehiculo Opel, y menos en este concesionario, yq que os digo, que con la amabilidad que tienen el jefe de taller, Julio, y la prepotente de Almudena, os le caeis bien o os arruina la vida con los problemas que puedan generar el coche. LO llevo de nuevo en la grua, me recibe el jefe de taller muy amable, me dice que seguro que es un tema de suciedad que se ha quedado por ahi., pero que no es nada grave. Le insisto que ademas, el coche sigue sin arrancar bien. - A los 4 dias, sin tener noticias de ellos, llamo y me dicen que ya lo puedo recoger. Al ir alli, no me puede recibir el jefe de taller y el chaval que me entrega las llaves, me dice que el coche tiene un problema en el motor de arranque. Le digo que vale, que me llevo el coche porque llevo casi un mes con este tema, pero que me llame el jefe de taller y me explique que es eso del motor de arranque. - 10 dias despues (con 4 llamadas y varios mensajes de whatsapp) no he conseguido que me llamen o que me den una explicacion, y el coche sigue arrancando mal. Resumen: mi sensacion es que me han cobrado por un arreglo que no hacia falta, y me han dejado sin arreglar una cosa que si hacia falta. pero SOBRETODO: no dan la cara ni se ponen al telefono. Terminare por hacer reclamacion oficial.

No creo que pise mucho ese concesionario/taller la verdad.
