Do not rent car from that company.... Came to recive the car with passport and driving lisence after booking it online and getting green light. They asked for flight tickets that they did not ask for on website and refused the car. After saying i whould reorder the car on the name of family member that is coming and has flightticket i was told i whould never be able to get car from them ever..... And i was stranded in the middle of nowhere where their carpark located....

Wiber were very easy to deal with from start to finish. The car was perfect and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and extremely efficient. The shuttle bus between the airport and Wiber ran very regularly and I don't think we would have gotten to and from the airport carpark as quick ourselves. Well done. Will definitely recommend the service to friends and family and I will use the service again myself.

An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the car was incredibly easy and they had a great offer on at the time. I was waiting for hidden extras- but they never came! We had a contactless pick up, which I've never experienced before and it was brilliant. So easy and appreciated after a long day of travelling. We were on our way with the rental car within just a few minutes. On drop off, I was sure that it would be a long & drawn out process, but it took less that 3 minutes to be checked out and on the complimentary bus to the airport. Genuinely couldn't recommend Wiber enough, I wouldn't use anyone else for car hire now!

First time hiring a car after flying into Alicante Airport and couldn't recommend Wiber Rent a Car enough. Great price, car was immaculate, and pick up/drop off was seamless - no issues at all. I personally opted to pay slightly more for full insurance/no excess upon booking the car which I'd recommended. That way there's absolutely no large excess hold needed and we also got priority on the shuttle. Simply dropped the car off with a full tank and job done!

I've previously had bad experience of car hire with other companies at Alicante, Long queues, unhelpful service and 'ambush' charges such as excess waiver. My first time with Wiber and found then excellent. They are several minutes away from the terminal but shuttle transfer was quick and easy. Check-in and drop off was hassle free with friendly staff. Would recommend and would probably use again.

Attention ! They are thieves! I booked in the Seville agency but I am writing this review here because it is the address of their head office which does not respond to my complaint email... I rented a car with the possibility of having several drivers but when I presented my wifes license, I was told that it was impossible to collect the car because she was not named as the main driver . The only solution? Paying insurance for her of almost 300! After several hours of flight, the heat and our tired baby, what else could we do? We paid. This agency took advantage of us! So avoid this company that will do everything to make you take out insurance even if you dont want it, even if your bank card already covers you... During the trip, I inquired with friends who had rented elsewhere and for whom this change of driver did not generate any costs! During the return, I informed them of this scam and asked them to take action. The manager absolutely didnt want to know anything. He gave me the customer service email I wrote to almost a month ago. Im still waiting for the answer and I know very well that I wont get any... Another proof of their dishonesty Notice to all those who read this review: GO YOUR WAY!

Durant le voyage, je me suis renseigne aupres damis qui ont loue ailleurs et pour lesquels ce changement de conducteur na pas genere les moindres frais ! Lors de la restitution, je leur ai fait part de cette escroquerie et leur ai demande un geste. Le responsable na absolument rien voulu savoir. Il ma donne le mail du service client auquel jai ecrit il y a pres dun mois. Jattends toujours la reponse et je sais bien que je nen obtiendrai aucune... I was blatantly ripped off by this company. They advertise vehicles at below market prices, with basic insurance, but then they try to push you to get full insurance. If you do not agree to take out full insurance, be prepared, as they will charge you for minimal or pre-existing damage. Read the contract with a magnifying glass! Read the negative reviews, because if you decide to pay for everything suggested, you probably wont have any problems, except that the rental company is not at the airport and you will face a queue to collect the car. They charged me 600 euros for pre-existing damage (scratches) that would probably be removed with polishing. Thats right, 600 euros. You receive the car in the sun, and small damages are not noticeable. According to the contract, you would have to report damages within 2 hours of pick-up. I arrived at the hotel 2 hours and 40 minutes later and reported the damage, as that was when I noticed the hidden defects. But, in a total absence of good faith, they relied on the naked words of the contract. However, there were only 3 damages recorded, and the car had more than ten How can a rental car, with more than 10,000 km driven, only have 3 damages? That was the question I asked... Me cobraram 600 euros por danos pre existentes (riscos) que provavelmente sairiam com um polimento. Isso mesmo, 600 euros. Voce recebe o carro no sol, e pequenos danos nao sao percetivos. Pelo contrato voce teria que informar danos ate 2 horas depois da retirada. Cheguei ao hotel 2h e 40 min depois e informei os danos, pois foi quando percebi os vicios ocultos. Mas, em total ausencia de boa fe, se valeram da letra nua e crua do contrato. Entretanto, so haviam 3 danos registrados, e o carro tinha mais de dez Como um carro de aluguel, com mais de 10.000 km rodados, so tem 3 danos? Foi a pergunta que fiz Ao final, no check out, escolhem 1 ou 2 danos para te cobrar, e o modus operandi dos burloes. Mesmo voce que vai contratar um seguro total, pense que contratar com uma empresa que age de ma fe e sempre um risco, e como dormir com uma cobra peconhenta solta pela casa!!!

Wiber Mallorca. Not recommended. We received a car full of dents, not even half of which were inventoried by the company. They made us check the car. Pedimos que se revise el presupuesto que nos dan y solo saben decirnos que lo marca el sistema informatico A la hora de reclamar no se han mostrado nada colaboradores. No es nada facil contactar con atencion al cliente de la compania. Cobran precios desproporcionados por seguros que luego no cubren lo que se necesitaria. Una pena que hagan las experiencias de las viajeras tan desagradable con lo bonita que es Mallorca.
