Muy buena atencion, proceso rapido y muy contenta con Estefania, manteniendote al tanto de todo en todo momento y el resto de companeros todo perfecto!

Muy mala atencion, la chica que nos recibio siendo extranjera parece que nos denigraba por no ser espanoles. Un monton de excusas para no rentarnos un vehiculo porque se aproximaba la hora del almuerzo y estabamos molestando. Terminamos yendo a Avis donde amablemente nos atendieron y alquilaron vehiculo. NO RECOMIENDO Y ACLARO: la documentacion no fue impedimento porque tenia todo en regla por eso Avis nos rento vehiculo. Para la atencion al cliente es fundamental el buen trato y el respeto, dos aspectos que carece el personal de RentalPlus.

Worst service in car rental so far in our experience. When buying a flight ticket, they threw up the car rental option, which was not available from the airport but almost from the destination/hotel. Since we had to take a taxi from the airport to pick up the car, they claimed we were late for the original time and rented the car we had originally rented to someone else. This was the least of our problems. The prepaid insurance, automatically included with the rental, was not accepted on the spot by the car dealer team, so we had to pay again. We had to return the car a day earlier than we needed to because they were closed on Sunday. They wanted to rent the car with zero petrol, suggesting we start at a petrol station. After asking them to kindly fill it up for us, they handed it over with 60 km of petrol. Our smiles were not sincere... Definitely NOT recommended!

It's been 3 years since i come here in vacation every year, but never rented a car due to high prices and high deposits. This year i found rental plus and i tried with them. Next year i will rent from them too My experience with them was perfect. Firstly, i have called them to see if they have any available car and for what price and when i get there, the price was even lower than the first one received on the phone. I took 2 Opel corsa diesel, clean inside and very fast process to pick up because i took full covered insurance (the middle option-windshield and tires included) and the agent didin't note any damages on the car(not needed). I suggest every one to take the middle option, because im very satisfied about the prices and the deposit which is only 150EUR + you dont have to worry about any damages on the car. On the return day, the process was very quick. The agent just noted the km number and then she returned the deposit back (which came back Instantly - revolut), i signed 2 papers and that was all. Only 1 small small problem with the agent, she doesn't speak english at all and i had to use my bad spanish, and google translate to get all information that i needed. I'm happy because i choosed them. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the Rentalplus (car rental service). We'd like to express our gratitude to the manager Daniel for his assistance in choosing a car for rent. Despite certain criteria for the car and the absence of this car in the Catsellon office, Daniel helped to find a solution to this problem and book a car in another office. Thanks a lot!

The entire car rental process went smoothly and quickly. Good price and service. We even got a better car, free of charge, and the service man - Daniel, waited for us despite the fact that we arrived a few minutes after closing. Thx Daniel, I will buy cerveza next time

It is inside of another brand or building. The areas are clean. Good and fast service. Also, good prices!! I recommend!

Got a defect Car but they ignore you constantly. The Guy explains me how to use a car. I orgenized with the Assistence, which was very Nice, a new Car. But next day the guy didnt show up because he got "problemas con Familia". The other collegue said, he would never come saturdays. What a disaster.... I dont recommend....
