Excelente el trato y la gestion con esta empresa. Ademas de los precios mas competentes de la provincia. Se han portado super bien ya que nos anularon todo el calendario de competiciones y no pudimos cumplir con todas las reservas que teniamos con ellos. Nos abonaron el importe de reservas. Segurisimo que contaremos con ellos en el futuro.

No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, aun nos deben dinero que nos cobraron sin haber firmado un contrato. Cuando el cliente tiene en sus manos el contrato, lo lee, esta de acuerdo y lo firma, es cuando se cobran las cosas. NO antes como nos hicieron a nosotros. No le deis la tarjeta que cobrara sin permiso como nos ha pasado, sin ni siquiera tener nada contratado porque NO habia nada FIRMADO. Como respuesta a su respuesta, NO, yo no he pagado, usted lo ha cobrado de una tarjeta sin permiso; sin haber contratado nada y sin usar ningun vehiculo suyo.

Un grupo de amigos llamamos para tener informacion sobre el alquiler de una furgoneta, se nos pidio documentacion y una tarjeta de credito para que si despues de hablar el grupo y en consenso tomaramos la decision de contratarla en esta empresa ya tuvieran todos los datos. Tras comparar precios decidimos no hacer la reserva con esta empresa; la sorpresa fue que sin firmar ningun contrato ni habiendonos comunicado nada, cargaron en la tarjeta el importe integro de la furgoneta, mas el precio de otros servicios que ni nos lo habian comunicado anteriormente cuando pedimos informacion. Tras insistentes llamadas hemos podido recuperar parte del importe, pero aun nos deben 100EUR. Este caso ya esta denunciado en consumo, solo escribo aqui para que tengais mucho cuidado con esta empresa y no les faciliteis tarjetas. Esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero que falta.
