Our experience of renting a car with Malcom couldn't be worse! After staying for few days in Benidorm,We got the car from Alacante's Airport with the agreement to return it back to Castellon Airport when we go back home. And despite being a new car and in the middle of nowhere in Spain (on a weekend) it started to show all kind of error messages, problems with breaks, steering wheel and even major motor failure! After contacting Malcom, we were assured that Assistance will be on the way to help fixing it or tow it with immediate car replacement. Unfortunately the Assistance company decided to tow the car and we were left in the middle of nowhere with no car to take us back to our accommodation although Malcom people assured us that a taxi will be ordered by the assistance company. The assistance company refused arguing that it's not their responsibility and of course the Malcom people did the same!! and we had to order a taxi for EUR70 !! The main problem was that Malcom was asking us to drive back 400KM to Alicante airport to get another car which is unacceptable. We were left without a car for two days before having an agreement to go 120 KM to Castellon Airport for another one!! To make things worse we were offered EUR7 compensation for this mess!! Stay away from them based on my experience, if you have a problem with the car as we had you should be expecting the same treatment.

Perfect! From the beginning till the end everything was perfect. Easy reservation process, clean and nice car, no surprises at pick up or hidden costs. Ladies at Castellon office were very nice and helpful. Return fee was on my account before I got back home. If I'll ever be in the neighbourhood of Valencia again, I'll for sure rent a car from them again. I highly recommend Malco.

Excellent service! Highly recommended. The car was very clean and brand new. The pick-up & drop off very fast. The price was fair, the deposit was only 100e and they accept also debit cards. For sure we will rent again from you guys, keep up the good services & cars :)

We had a great experience with Malco. It was the best place for rental in the area of Castellon. The price, the car and the service together give you a good combination. Maria de los Angeles provided excellent customer service and does not matter how busy she can be. Will be great if she gets some assistance and support in the office, also the only thing I really do not like is the fact of the area very thigh to park.
